Yes, you can use the regular WooCommerce shop for additional services and also have them in the checkout system.

If not, you can strike them out on your website under Booking / Booking Rules / Block Accommodation.
As for Booking.com. I’m not sure how to block dates on that platform.

It’s a great question. I don’t know how that’s possible because I’ve never had it come up and I’ve never tested. Try blocking on booking.com and see if that sycs over to your website.

We stopped bundling WP Booking System several years ago, it’s a great plugin it’s just that we don’t ship with that plugin any longer.

We fully support the MotoPress Hotel Booking System. WP Booking System will work well with any widgets that come with their plugin as well.

Hi. Have the wp booking system in the theme, but in admin, the availability drop down does not change when you use it. In other words, if you drop down and click on another date/year it doesnt change in the calendar below or to the right side. Seems stuck, Any help appreciated, thx version Version 4.1.6

Its a joke with these themes, cos theme creators update themes, and the plugins they use end up being incompatitble! Never ending circle of updates and money! Or incompatibility!

The problem has come when updating to the version 3.2.13. The problem is not new, the first time I installed the theme the error on line 37 already appeared and Ryan solved it via my personal FTP.
Another new bug that I have verified is that Elementor does not load, so I can’t edit anything.

The warning is just warning it won’t affect any functionality of the website. Try turning the warnings off. To do this, make sure debug is off.

Yes, the warning is coming from a line of code in the theme, but warnings won’t affect the performance of the theme and should really not be showing on a production site. So I recommend turning them off.
The loading of Elementor could be something with the version. Please before you have the correct versions.

Hello! I purchased the theme a year ago, but never finished the website. After being abandoned for 10 months, I found now that the calendar synced with Airbnb doesn’t let me reserver any date, even if it appears available in the backend. For example, here is the page: https://floareabucovinei.ro/camere/#reserve It only show available 30 April – 4 May, because it was a cancelled reservation from Airbnb wich I deleted manually form the Bookings.
But any other date shows as Not Available. Is there any way to reset the Booking calendar or something? Is this a bug?

The sync is with the MotoPress Hotel Booking Engine. That’s a plugin that we bundle but we don’t actually develop.
The best suggest I have right now it to make sure you are using the latest version for all plugins and theme (and WordPress core). Please double check the versions.

Yes, I did review. All is up to date, sync works just fine. I tried removing the plugin and also delete the tables from the database that seemed to be linked with, but no change. Dates are showing as free but unavailable to book.Is there a way to reset this plugin or something?
I also tried creating different accomodations, but it’s the same. Calendar shows all dates as unable to reserve.. This is frustrating.
Let me check with you if you have seasons and rates setup for that accommodation type in your website? If you don’t have dates available, they won’t show up on your site as selectable.

Look, I’ll be honest. This 6 months support is bullshit, because it happens that I buy a theme and I don’t work on it for a few months, without asking for any support, and all of a sudden support expires. That’s not cool. Also, the support is really-really expensive, almost as much as the theme costs. If it was something like a few dollars, it would be fine. And if you build a site for someone, it just doesn’t make sense to spend own money from the little you get.
I understand that we all need to earn money, but this is ridiculous what happens on Envato. I don’t wont to be rude, it’s just my opinion. People can help people, at least if it’s something quick and not so complicated.

Regarding renewals and costs, Envato sets the policies but we tend to agree with them (for the most part).
The one thing that a lot of people might not realize is the value that comes with having the theme stay up-to-date and current with all the WordPress core updates and plugin updates. Behind the scenes there is a lot of development costs to ensure the theme continues to run smoothly.
On top of all that, good authors will continue to add amazing features and value. It’s amazing that a theme only costs $59 and lasts a lifetime. Most products nowadays are by subscription.
For example, this theme costs $59, in theory someone who purchased 5 years ago would get a virtually brand new product with amazing new features. That’s $11.80 / year or $1 / month. That’s insane value.
Plus it comes bundled with add-ons worth $200+ haha.

I have to update the theme on a site that was built some years ago. The version of Bellevue installed is very old, it’s 1.5.1 and the support has obviously expired. I tried updating the theme using the Envato Market plugin but, as expected, there were huge problems (content in pages was lost as well as all other settings, images, etc.). I did have a backup though, which I restored so that the site would continue to function. Searching your answers here, I found that you suggest updating to version 1.9.3 and you also provide a relevant url: https://themovation.ticksy.com/article/12249/ Unfortunately it seems this page does not exist anymore or I cannot access it. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can go about updating the theme? I would be grateful for any guidance on this.

I see that now. That’s very interesting because nothing like this has happened before. It makes me think there is a plugin conflict. Please try testing with no other plugins active, only the ones that are recommended by the theme.
