Please update the theme to 1.23.0 version and JX Core plugin as well. You can update via Jupiter X > Control Panel > Updates. Then check the carousel.

If you want to replace the current theme with Jupiter, just install it in your dashboard https://themes.artbees.net/docs/installing-jupiter-x/ and activate. What builder did you use in your current theme to create the pages? In Jupiter X you need to use Elementor, it’s bundled with the theme. If the pages were created with some other builder, they may not work in Jupiter X. Thank you.

After downloading the theme, I see jupiterx-v1.23.0.zip and jupiterx-child.zip – I should be installing ‘jupiterx-v1.23.0.zip’, is that correct?
And what do I do with ‘jupiterx-child.zip’?

Yes, you need to install jupiterx-v1.23.0.zip. Child theme is required when you want to customize anything in the php files of the theme, and instead of editing the parent theme files, you need to move them to the child theme and edit them there. This way the modifications will be saved after theme update.

Hey, i managed to find out where i’ve installed it and i’ve deleted the JupiterX theme from the website. Just tried register my license again, but it says ‘Purchase code is already registered!’.

1. I meant actually the thumbnails specifically inside the lightbox – when you open an image or gallery. Having thumbnails is very important: if you have many images in your gallery, it helps you navigate and have an overview.
2. 1. Unfortunately such option is not available. You may look for additional Elementor plugins where such feature is present. By default Elementor doesn’t have this option.
2. As for the Images Layout, there is Overlay option in the settings where you can set the background https://prnt.sc/10dhbqu . As for the Image Box, there is CSS filters you can set on Hover https://prnt.sc/10dhe0q . Also in JX Image element there is an option “Switch on Hover” where you can upload another image and it will be shown on hover https://prnt.sc/10dhf8q .

1. Well, if you’re smart, you would get this inquiry as an “implement it!” call. Because having a thumbnail bar in your lightbox as an option is one of the major features of a good theme!

5. Is it possible to redesign the markers in the Hotspots element? Just not a fan of a bulky flat design (in my opinion, skeuomorphism should have made a comeback long time ago, at least to some extent and that flat design hype is just for lazy ass designers and tasteless customers…)

You installed Jupiter X theme, but you should update to Jupiter 6.8.1 version. Did you read this article:

WE have just purchased the theme on friday, the purchase code wont let us register for item support. Please can you fix this. Hi This theme looks really great, I Ioved its layout. But it is laced with bugs in the “Musician” template. It is not very user-friendly. Adding tracks & albums to pages is a “nightmare” at best. The workflow is extremely confusing, I have used other themes that made this part of integration a breeze…and with this theme I feel like I need to buy more “stuff” just to get the template working properly? This template maybe great for other uses but for Musicians, I find that I’ve spent enough time and energy trying to figure out the simplest things.
Support was not great either. Left much to be desired. They just kind of repeated my question and sent me a link to learn more about “JetEngine”, but all I saw was “BUY” more “stuff” ! Thanks but no thanks. If I could give a rating: “3” because it’s nice. R

I see that social icons are added in the Elementor editor with the Icon element. They are not enabled via Customizer. Are you using Elementor template for your single posts? I suppose you should edit these icons in the Templates as the layout was created in Elementor. Thank you.
