Those sites have been online for a few months and everything was fine until I received the following message from Google Search Console for one of them: To the attention of the owner of aerostyll.com: The Search Console has identified 1 new problems on your site related to Breadcrumbs: Top Errors Errors can prevent your page or feature from appearing in Search results. Hello, I re-updated the jet-woo-builder plugin. All right.

However, there is always the problem of an image in the carousel that is not displayed even after having made all the updates to the latest version. How do I resolve?

1. I’ve never seen any thumbnails in your gallery lightboxes and I really need them. Is it possible to add them?

2. Which image/gallery overlays do you have? Can’t remember seeing a smooth zoom-in/out, which is really a must-have.

3. Do you have a GDPR module included?

4. Where are you based? Which languages do you support? What are your working hours? How long does it usually take to get a ticket reply?

1. Unfortunately such option is not available. You may look for additional Elementor plugins where such feature is present. By default Elementor doesn’t have this option.

2. As for the Images Layout, there is Overlay option in the settings where you can set the background https://prnt.sc/10dhbqu . As for the Image Box, there is CSS filters you can set on Hover https://prnt.sc/10dhe0q . Also in JX Image element there is an option “Switch on Hover” where you can upload another image and it will be shown on hover https://prnt.sc/10dhf8q .

1. Well, if you’re smart, you would get this inquiry as an “implement it!” call. Because having a thumbnail bar in your lightbox as an option is one of the major features of a good theme! ;)

Oh and I forgot this one:

5. Is it possible to redesign the markers in the Hotspots element? Just not a fan of a bulky flat design (in my opinion, skeuomorphism should have made a comeback long time ago, at least to some extent and that flat design hype is just for lazy ass designers and tasteless customers…)

Hi there. I had originally purchased Jupiter but I see now its “Jupiter X”. when downloading the files the file structure is completely different. If I update with these new theme files am i going to run into issues?

Hi. i have some questions. 1. is this theme compatible with elementor pro? 2. the demo sites can be installed fully including images and everything? 3. I have seen the demos, but i didn’t see any of the demo site contains animation or visual effects. Especially didn’t see any background animation or sticky element effect that can be done through jettrick. why is that? Is there any problem if we use these animations or plugin.? 4. Is this fully seo optimized? 2. Yes, there are options during the installation to install with media or without it.

4. No, it’s not fully seo optimized. You can also use Yoast SEO plugin or refer to the SEO specialist.

Did you install Jupiter 6 theme? The Candle Shop template is available for Jupiter X theme, but as you don’t see it in your control panel, I suppose you installed Jupiter 6, didn’t you? To import that demo, you need Jupiter X theme: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/installing-jupiter-x/

I just realised it’s two. I have successfully imported the candle shop. Now I’m stuck, when I click edit with Elementor, it’s not loading, just goes blank!!

WE have just purchased the theme on friday, the purchase code wont let us register for item support. Please can you fix this. When we try to register for a support account, it says our code is already being used for a support account with our email address, however when we try to login, it says the user account doesn’t exist

Hi This theme looks really great, I Ioved its layout. But it is laced with bugs in the “Musician” template. It is not very user-friendly. Adding tracks & albums to pages is a “nightmare” at best. The workflow is extremely confusing, I have used other themes that made this part of integration a breeze…and with this theme I feel like I need to buy more “stuff” just to get the template working properly? This template maybe great for other uses but for Musicians, I find that I’ve spent enough time and energy trying to figure out the simplest things.

Support was not great either. Left much to be desired. They just kind of repeated my question and sent me a link to learn more about “JetEngine”, but all I saw was “BUY” more “stuff” ! Thanks but no thanks. If I could give a rating: “3” because it’s nice. R

Is it possible to have a fullscreen video landing ABOVE the header/menu? The behaviour should reflect all devices (photo instead of video on mobile), meaning that as soon as the user scrolls the header + menu loads and it stays sticky on the screen at all times.

I see that social icons are added in the Elementor editor with the Icon element. They are not enabled via Customizer. Are you using Elementor template for your single posts? I suppose you should edit these icons in the Templates as the layout was created in Elementor. Thank you.
