Recently 2 of my bridge theme client websites stopped working. I tried disabling all the plugins but it is still not working. What I noticed was that all the other pages on both websites load except for the “home” page. When I try to load the “home” of both sites, I get an error. For example, https://exampledomain.com/contact/ https://exampledomain.com/services/ work but https://exampledomain.com is not working. Any assistance would be great. Thank you.

HI there, I tested Bridge on a test site about a month ago. I since deleted the test site – the full install and domain name was deleted. I had no idea I had to deregister the theme beforehand – I have never come across a theme that worked this way before. Now I am trying to test it once again to see how the listing element works but I am not allowed tor register it because it is registered already (even though that site doesn’t exist). How do I deregister it?

In the Horizontal Progress Bar in a two column layout, the heading text overlaps the percentage and so it can’t be read. Both spans are set to 100% width, so it’s a problem on smaller screens.

If you wish to check our LMS user dashboard or actually for all Bridge demos that contain the front-end user login functionality, you can use the following credentials to log in and check out the user dashboard and all the amazing options it provides username: test password: test
When it comes to WooCommerce if it is an official WooCommerce extension then it should be alright because for others, please understand that we cannot guaranty theme compatibility since they have not been tested with our theme.

I want to build a ecommerce website with woocommerce, but i also need for particular reason to use a plugin called WooCommerce Availability Scheduler (selling on Code Canyon). But in their présentation they put some warning i paste below, and i wanted to know if Bridge will match with this original settings of woo commerce?
Last question : I saw the demo called Gelateria is avalaible on elementor, is there a WP Bakery version ? Thanks by advance for your answer.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Anyway, Gelateria demo is an Elementor demo, so the native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well. Do note that you will need to create your own content with WPBakery though.

Hi, in your theme there is the possibility to import Rev Slider demos, downloading them from the index. The guide instructs you to use the WP importer, but the downloaded files only contain a TXT file (slider_export.txt) and the image folder, there is no trace of the XML file. Where can I find it? or you can tell me the right procedure.

To import Slider Revolution sliders from other demos please follow instructions from the video in this article. It is necessary to import .zip slider files with ‘Manual Import’ option inside the Slider Revolution ( please see screenshot ).

In some testing (probably) I have used my purchase code and didn’t know that it have to be manually deregistered and I have deleted the test folder from ftp. Can you please deregister it for me so I can install a webpage where it should be registred. Hello, can you please double check if your archive (themeforest-bridge-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme.zip) is safe because windows defender detects a TROJAN attack in it (Trojan:Win32/Emali.A!cl) – it is marked as ‘very dangerous’ for the computer IoI….. the alert happens when i try to unzip the ‘bridge.zip’ file on the desktop of my computer. So at the moment i cannot update the theme on my site. I will appreciate to update my theme without any virus IoI;;;
