we don’t know any plugin that creates this kind of forms specifically. But it seems a form with some custom styles only, so you could also try to use Contact Form 7 plugin and work on its html markup and CSS, maybe helped by a freelance web designer if you need. Best

we just checked and everything works fine with WooCoomerce and Uncode updated. Here are the products displayed by the “Posts” module https://undsgn.d.pr/sR1Bco in particular we put the product called “Product columns” out of stock https://undsgn.d.pr/SYeVWT and in facts it disappears https://undsgn.d.pr/yeEtzL
As far as we can see the theme works fine with the default WooCommerce feature and from here we can’t understand if you have particular settings or extra plugins that can generate a strange behaviour unfortunately. Please, check if you set correctly the “Out of stock” settings.

Thanks for the instant reply. I figured out and fixed the mobile issue in the meantime. The link refers to the about page and should leading to the 1st “long text section” below the listing. right now it’s scrolling to the top of the listing. any ideas whats going wrong? thanks alot.
Hi mideyah! From here it’s not easy to debug, a few test. Is this a One Page, activated from the Page Options? What happens if you activate the dots? What happens if you change the reference with a single word without numbers (ex: storyone)?

Hi Uncode, I have 2 licences for live sites already and am looking to purchase additional ones for sites I’m migrating onto WP… I have a Pre-purchase Q!... is Uncode compatible with WPEventManager, and LearnDash? As a test, I’ve tried installing EventManager into an existing Uncode install just to check, but headers/footers/breadcrumbs aren’t working properly – I’m hoping it’ll be an easy fix – just wanted to check that your Support would be able to help with this once I’ve purchased my new licence. While I found a few tickets for minor adjustments with LearnDash (in case you can test your own, and we can offer a refund if there are major issues we cannot help).

When you use the Content Block, all the area is replaced, in a few words you cannot mix Page Builder elements with other parts that comes from the original template. Unfortunately, at the moment there is not a Page Builder module for Tags but we can evaluate to add in the Info Box module, ex: https://undsgn.d.pr/b58C6x

Hello ! I am having a problem with the latest version of Uncode. We are currently in version 2.3.4 and when I update Uncode to version 2.3.5, all the submenus no longer work. They simply no longer appear when hovering the mouse over the Desktop version, nor on the mobile version. I have tested with other forms of menus and same problem. I have also checked against plugins and CSS and I have not found any incidences. Have you had other feedback on this issue? In the meantime, I was forced to revert to version 2.3.4 of Uncode. Hi nowo0o! We are sorry but we don’t have other similar reports, and in our staging installations this works like a charm. Please deactivate extra plugins, and share the link to your website, otherwise it’s not possible to replicate. Another user complained something similar and it was related to Cloudflare.

Hello, we are using Uncode Theme (now version 2.3.0.2) and unfortunately, our support expired… Since some time the lightbox function doesn’t work anymore. I tested it with different browsers, but the result is always the same. E.g. if I use a single media module and enable the lightbox in the back-end, in the front-end the image is displayed and the cursor changes its shape when hovering. Also, the browser notices that there’s an URL stored, but it doesn’t open if clicked. Maybe, if someone else has this problem, this is a small bug.

It is possibile by adding a hook to your child theme. You have to filter your theme options value by replacing the default logo ID according with the ID of the pages you prefer, basically like this:

Hello, I’m sorry, but we checked the function before sharing it and it works fine. From here we can’t understand what’s the problem in your case. Make sure all the IDs are right and you don’t have switchable logo option enabled (otherwise you have to filter other options of course) and cached content etc. If you want to share your site address here we definitely have more clues.

Yes, a single portfolio item belonging to a category is pretty harder to detect. I can’t help you in this case since it is an advanced customization, but you’re on the right way. Maybe “has_term” is what you’re looking for.

Related to the “Tabs” element, when used in conjunction with “Posts” (see URL below). When I click a different tab, the animation looks really ugly as letters are bunched up together on the left, before spreading out towards the right (again, see URL below). Is there any way to fix this?
