Don’t forger Enabling Geocoding API as well as Maps Javascript API to the project in Google Cloud Console. Don’t forget to add Geocoding API to API key restrictions as well.

They have a problem since the last update they made of Theme Brook 2.4.0 the Portfolio menu to create or modify disappeared. Check out that problem. I emailed them with a screenshot.

Header 10 (left sidebar) is not working correctly since the last WordPress updates. The page content is being displayed under the header/sidebar. I did email a week or so ago but I have had no response.

Hi, somehow when we try to use the filter by catagory nothing pops up when typing the catergory we want to show. Now it can only show all or nothing? Can you tell us what we do wrong?
So basicaly we want to exclude some catergories. When we try to fill them in the filter they dont show up and all we get is all the categories instead of the ones we want to show

Yes, we got your mail and did upload it, its still does not fix the problem, we do can select the catagories now but in the frontend of things its still showing all the categories….

Hello! I have 5 licences for Brook theme, and am unable to update any of the websites. Just get the message “An error occurred while updating Brook: Update package not available”.
My licence code has been entered, but under the Insight Core menu in WP there is a message that states “There is a new version of Brook available. Please enter your purchase code to update the theme.”
Can you please advise how to fix this.

Hi, I face into the same problem like @shukriyapakistan and @EagleTiger, it is not possible to edit website content anymore with WPBakery. Also in our case the support is expired so I could not send you a ticket. But I also can not update the WPBakery because it is bundled with your theme. I urgently need a solution, please assist (it is unfortunately not the first time that I have issues with late updates of WPBakery within Brook Theme). Hope you can help and maybe update WPBakery more often? Than you!

I just sent you the purchase code per e-mail, it is the license of our client! We found a turnaround, with an own license of Impreza-Theme where the WPBakery gets updated very regular and in time. The Update of WPBakery solved our issue! It is really a problem with your Theme Brooks that you do not update WPBakery in time! A business theme must ensure that the content of a website can be edited at any time. And if this editability depends on a PageBuilder, the PageBuilder must also be updated regularly.

Hi, do I need to buy the lisence tor Backery Page Builder? My support is expired, but I have the same issue as @shukriyapakistan. Blank page appear. Does tht mean I need to buy your support renew and also the license for Backery, since my page is no longer supported? And there is no longer updates send to my BrooksTheme and also for my PageBuilder?

The update is free and lifetime, you don’t need to pay anything.
