I have a few questions, and I would really appreciate your support:
1. Social Networks Icons: I want to change the social networks icons to this style (https://prnt.sc/10nauh2). I see it’s not possible to change it in the icons library in the theme options. Is it somehow possible except via CSS?
2. Text Length and “…”: In “Posts” feature, if I decide to display a text with limited characters (like 100 characters), it displays it like that (https://prnt.sc/10nb1vw). It’s great but it’s kind of weird that the sentence is cued in the middle of the row and add “…”, while there is still a lot of space after it. Is it possible to limit the text to rows instead of characters? Or make it somehow finish at the end of the row?
3. Post’s featured image – Image caption: I want to display the image caption of my post’s featured image (https://prnt.sc/10nb84k), like the regular images in the post’s content (https://prnt.sc/10nb6n4). Is it possible somehow?

1. No, I think the best way is to insert few lines of CSS code.
2. No sorry, this is quite impossible with a responsive design, and what you ask can only be created with JavaScript (but anyway verify on resize and crop the sentences it’s a really heavy operation).
3. What you see in the first layout is a background, and a background is not supposed to also show a text associated.

Hello,
I am responsible for a client’s website now that has been built years ago by a website company I don’t have the contact from (and my client neither).
This company has used the Uncode theme (but we don’t have the Envato account or anything else). With the latest Wordpress update (5.7) the design crashed (no pictures shown anymore, fonts not shown as set, ...).
Is there an easy way to fix it by buying the theme again? I don’t want to kill the settings / changes the old website company has done. I only want to fix the problems related with the new WP version. Unfortunately I cannot remember the (very old) WP version that was installed before I upgraded to 5.7, but for sure 4.x.

I have my shopping page where I want all items to be displayed. The problem is that they don’t load unless I scroll, no matter how much I have “All” set to load. And since the articles do not appear, neither do all the categories appear at the top… unless I scroll and load the page completely. Any solution?

It’s so weird: when I edit the page at the backend, I see my design fine… but if I change to frontend editor… it appears another page (the old one)

According to what I was researching on the internet it is due to the layout that Woocommerce itself “creates” when it is used. I have removed the store page in Woocommerce settings (leaving the correct configuration in the Wordpress permanent links) and now it works perfectly.

Having problems updating to latest version. Product is registered, but getting an error message – “An error occurred while updating Uncode: The Envato Purchase Code seems to be invalid”. Any ideas?

Hi basti1985! No sorry but there is no way, this is related to the plugin you are using and you have to create customization to make it follow the menu behavior. As you can see your banner is coded to go away during scroll time.
Even if I fix the bar, it doesn’t work. Is there a top bar that is compatible with uncode?
Hi basti1985! We are sorry but you should first find a plugin that creates a bar that is fixed, the fact is that this bar is not fixed (and afterward you’ll also have to fix the Uncode header, and probably add some minor CSS to make these two elements work smooth together).
PS: No sorry, we are not experts on extra plugins, try to check if some users created this before in the Uncode Facebook Group.

That was quick – thanks! I’m happy it does that, but we do not like the “sticky” portion of that menu, where the logo is constantly in view. Is it not possible to make it full screen like that without having the logo when the user scrolls?
Rather, when they scroll up, the menu reappears.
Hi oberseite! As you can see the option to have this menu layout is dependent of the Sticky option, this means that for technical reasons there is a dependency. At least you can have add the “Menu Hide Mobile” option that show the menu when you scroll up.
Understandable. Doesn’t bother us too much. Fonts and things are not editable, however? Or is that possible somewhere? The font in that menu is smaller and without any uppercase option.

I do not understand what you say about the small font, please share the link to your site so we can understand and in the case suggest a small CSS.

I’ve also just updated the two files for the smooth scroll fix and I have lost my submenu background colour (it is now transparent). Also, only my mega menus show, the rest no longer dropdown.

I encountered a new bug with buttons redirecting to a section of my homepage (with a custom #slug). Up until a few months ago, everything worked fine, now when I visit my homepage on mobile (iOS) and click on the “Start Here” button I get a glitch that prevents any further scrolling and keeps the page locked in the header section, instead of leading to the section of the page with the ”#learn” slug. I have read numerous requests for an Elementor version here, and also your responses saying WP bakery is better. I think you are missing a trick and losing a lot of new potential Elementor customers. Could you not offer both versions as so many other theme developers have done? Surely that is the easiest way to cater for both sides and increasing your revenues?.
