Hi, Qode! Having some troubles with Google Analytics. When inserting the ID, the page is not registering users. Don´t know if it from your end or Analytics (I thing there a new method for registering the site, but thing the script is now different). Could you please check this? Thanks!

Please try to disable our Google Analytics under Qode Options -> General -> SEO (remove the tracking code from the field) and add the code that you got from Google in the header.php file, between the opening and closing <head> tags. We recommend modifying this file via child theme. That way your changes will be preserved when you update the parent theme. Just upload the modified header.php inside the bridge-child folder.

wp-content/themes/bridge-child/header.php

Instead of adding the code manually, you could also use some third party plugin that allows you to insert the code in the site header, for example:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/

Yes, that was the solution I did when the code was not tracking from the field. It’s working now. Don’t know if Google Analytics changed the script or is something not working on the theme, I just wanted to let you know about it.

Support should be one year! I purchased my theme on july and I started using it this year 2021. I have not gotten any support so far…

BTW your theme is way too slow! I had to get ride off bakery and elementor. So I just use gutenberg and my mobile page speed is below 30 still and I use fastest cache premium plugin and still no improvements. You have so many functionalities that are useless that make the theme super heavy.

My issue:

I want to add ‘add to cart’ button to be always visible not hidden like now. I have not gotten any add to carts in my shop for a month!!!! People visit my site but never add to cart, just scroll through categories and on phone you dont get the add to cart option!. I cannot believe that you dont have that functionality when there are so many useless options on the theme options. So I want to optimze my site for conversion.

I saw that on your demo bridge theme, there is an option of ‘shop with filter’ that show preview and wishlist, but I have not seen that functionality anywhere.

How can I add the add to cart to be fixed on my shop page and categories? I am also looking to add the functionality to change the image of the products on hover, how do I do that? becuase now just the add to cart button appears and I dont want that.

Once you pick a page builder you wish to use, you should stick to that plugin and make sure that the other one is Deactivated. Having both page builders installed and activated at the same time can have a significant impact on your website speed and overall performance.

When it comes to the speed we can suggest you put a focus on your server and your content optimization as well as TTFB, First Paint and Contentful Paint from the google pages speed that matters, also the Waterfall sections is of great importance where you can see what might be improved and our support team will be happy to help and provide you with more detailed guidance. Also Bridge theme does have certain options such as disabling icon packages and the loading of specific JS files to improve the performance if needed.

For setting up WooCommerce shop with Bridge please follow instructions from this article – How to Set Up an Online Shop with WooCommerce using the Bridge Theme.

You can enable both category filter and ordering filter in “Product List Settings” ( please see screenshot ).

Unfortunately, to change the image of the products on hover is not the feature of the theme.

Please note that there is more than one Shop layout which can be achieved with product list shortcods, so could you please send us url of the page where your shop list is located in order to assist you further.

Hi, i’ve purchased two licenses of bridge and i’m in love with that theme. I’m tryng to add the purchase code to a local host, cause i’m working on it, and the bridge dashboard say that Code is already registered for other domain. Please try updating theme to the latest version (please see change log).

As you are using a very old theme you can follow the guidance on how to update the theme and its plugins here.

Also have in mind that Envato Toolkit is an outdated plugin. So, now you should use Envato Market and procedure is pretty much the same.

Please, just go to /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules and remove whole folder envatowordpresstoolkit. This is deprecated Envato Toolkit plugin that is replaced with Envato Market plugin.

If you are using child theme be aware of the following and the changes that needs to be done, you can read more about it here.

Because in Bridge 18.0 we had to change function names as per Themeforest request in order to meet their new coding standards, and child theme modifications must reflect these changes since 18.0 Bridge release. If you have modified functions via child theme, you’ll have to rename functions in the child theme in order your child theme to work after the update.

Hi there, how can I change the initial hover text-color and active text-color?

I have the following settings: Header Type: fixed Header Skin: dark: Header Background Color: light green – initial and after scroll Header & Menu: text-color: black, hover text-color & active text-color: dark green.

The initial hover text-color and active text-color is always white and this is not easy to read with light green header background. I found no possibility to change this white initial text-color. Please help! Thanks!

Hey guys, I just updated my theme and the WPBakery backend editor stopped showing up. Any ideas what the issue could be? I tried all recommendations in support and on Qode. I’ve tried disabling the Gutenberg editor under WPBakery > General Settings. Also, set the WPBakery Backend editor to be Enabled and default under the Role Manager tab of the WPBakery settings. I reinstalled the plugin. It does not show up when you go to Pages> any of them. Thanks!

Hello, I would like to ask if there is any way on mobiles to have the filters of the woocomerce,closed at the top of the page and when the customer press a button , they will appear ,he selects what he wants and it filters accordingly. Now the filters are opened and it is not so easy to use especially if someone has a lot of filters and the scrolling is long. Do you have a plugin to suggest that has the filters under a button at the top or sticky at the side (they appear after pressing the button and disappear after applied selection)?

Hi, I’m using your theme for a catalogue website. When I created the website I didn’t import Demo contents, and I started to building it from scratch.

Now I need to change the website from catalogue mode to e-commerce, but in Elementor I don’t have elements like Qode Cart or other Qode Woocommerce Elements. I also can’t find the way to insert the cart icon on my menu.

I supposed that uploading Demo contents now can create issues with my website. My question is: if I purchase Elementor Pro, can I solved this problem and create a cart page similar to the Demo of your theme? Could be any issues with your theme if I use Elementor Pro as theme builder for category and product pages or for menu and footer?

Hi, your pages and the shops are ok. But all themes from your company show the article detail page without (article) hover zoom. Only click-zoom with lightbox. How could I modernize this?
