Why do you not sell the flatsome template on wordpress.org?

It’s the strangest thing, both my logo and images across on my homepage seem slightly fuzzy on http://www.rumthaitattoo.com/ and my other wordpress site using Flatsome after some updates. It’s easy to see and test. When you hover over any of the Instagram images at the bottom of the page they start fuzzy, then return to sharp while the hover zoom is happening, and as soon as they are zoomed all the way in become fuzzy again. I disabled all plugins including the caching plugins and the logo and images are still fuzzy.

On the UX BUILDER the “Font size” and “Line Height” option for the text on Banners, are not working. If you could make it work on future updates would be awesome because right now I can’t set different sizes for smartphone and desktop because of that.

Some product images are of different aspect ratio. Scrolling through them on front end (e. g., https://цветозавр.рф/shop/gorshki-i-kashpo/design/beton/kashpo-cilindr-seryj-lednik/ ) make the lower part of the page move up and down. How can I make it so that the page is steady even though product images are of different aspect ratio? I submitted a support ticket more than a week ago (March 22) but no reply.

My website has a problem with YITH WooCommerce Wishlist plugin (which is bundled with Flatsome and Flatsome is fully compatible with it, as you mentioned) as discussed and not yet solved here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-generated-hundreds-of-new-pages/ Could you kindly look into that? Hi, product gallery under main product image on single product page don’t show the directional arrows and can’t be scrolled or dragged neither thumbnails can be clicked on chrome browser (Version 89.0.4389.90 (Official Build) (64-bit) up to date). It works ok (shows directional arrows, can scroll and drag any number of thumbs which can be clicked correctly) on firefox, waterfox, comodo icedragon, edge and opera. (I don’t know about othes since I don’t use them). Any fix for this error or information about it? Thank you!

Bug report: When using sticky menu with Flatsome (latest) and Wordpress (latest) the website logo is showing twice on mobile devices. One Logo in the menu the other logo under the header.

Hi, when are you going to release the new update? the known bug with contact form 7 (constant spinning wheel) is very annoying.

UX builder doesn’t load correctly after the WP update. Every time I try to add an Element in UX builder, it loads a tiny frame with the search bar and as I scroll I can see the element menu there, but too tiny to do anything with. see the GIF capture here: https://gifyu.com/image/YNdP So far I have; 1) Disabled all plugins and tried. 2) Did a nuclear reset and purged the entire website content etc to start over. Still have this issue. Can anyone guide me as to what the issue could be?

Everybody is talking about the contact form7 and that the spinner is continuously rotating. I understand that this issue is fixed in the next update. I notice one more BUG – submission in the contact form varies from 2 sec to 50 sec. I fought that the problem is in the server or plugins. I checked other websites with the Flatsome theme; many of them have the same issue – contact form 7 feedback is returning from the server with long delays. Turning off WordPress plugins resulted that the Woocommerce plugin slows down the submission of the contact form 7.

I found the post excerpt can not be displayed on WP 5.7. The excerpt of old posts work well, but when I updatad some of the old posts, the excerpt disappear on blog page. Anyone else met this problem?

Does Flatsome support any additional variation images plugin whilst still using the Flatsome gallery on single product pages? Thanks

I just checked on my tuto page (https://mafamille.site/tutos/) and saw that where the videos are supposed to be there are just white spaces. When I edit the page (from the admin with UX builder) I can see them, so the video are supposed to be there, it’s showing blank on the front-end only.

I tried to change the link of the videos by the “embeded links” but it’s still the same…

Any idea? Others are facing this issue? Your expert help would be highly appreciated.

How come the “Align rows equal” does not always work? Sometimes the boxes aren’t equal height (see https://kraesb2b.dk/om-produkterne/). Is it not possible to have them equal height with image boxes or?

Hi, I would like to get short information: What plugins are included with the theme? And what plugins do I need to install additionaly to make it look like on demo https://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/demos/shop-demos/mega-shop/ ?

Fantastic theme but REALLY hoping you are going to be including an update with fixes to high cumulative layout shift from theme. Nav menu and different elements move aorund ever so slightly but causes really bad score on google lighthouse tests.

How can i change the size when the header is jumping to it’s mobile version? At this moment it happens when the screen size is smaller then 850px wide, but i want this to be around 1100px.
