If you are using old versions of the Theme, you have to go to Porto >> Theme License and if you are using the very latest version of the Theme, then you have to go to Porto >> Registration and you will find the activte and deactivate button of the Theme license there…

In the theme options, there is not way to change the colors but font sizes of pop-up menu using the latest version of Porto

But this is only for the Narrow Menu type, for Mega Menu, you have to use Custom CSS.

1. Can you please share the screenshot of the top navigation on the mobile you are talking about? And also the URL of the page as well.
2. By default Mobile Menu only took the Main Menu to show on Mobile and this is the default functionality of the Theme.
You can achieve what you want using only a single trick and that is as follow:
You have to use the Header Builder Functionality and create 2 Menu’s from Appearance >> Menu, set one as “Main Menu” and the Other as “Secondary Menu”, now you have to use the Secondary Menu to show on Desktop using Header Builder and set Mobile Menu as Main Menu, like this you will have 2 different Menu’s on Desktop and Mobile easily.

If you want to add the JS or JQuery code to the Single Product Pages, then you have to edit the particular product and scroll below, you will find skin options and you have to add/insert/paste the JS or JQuery code there as per your requirements and try to insert the code without <script></script> tags as these tags are already included in the Theme Code.

This is for every product page, not one product page. I try to add to single product.php but it’s not working. This jQuery change needs to-work on every product page.
The reason is I am asking If I write jQuery code in the single-product.php why it’s not executing the code? Is your templates not letting run jQuery codes in php files?

Not directly but you have to use the function for it, and creating the function requires customization. Because the Theme does not design like this, that to add any Code anywhere, It has some standards and rules, so that is the reason it only executes with proper function, and for that, you have to Customize it by yourself or contact our Customization team, there is no other way.
Can you send me standard rules? We can do the customisations, if you can send us standards and rules your following.

Missing style sheet error when installing the theme

We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

Hi, I when I tried porto theme on my friend’s localhost with bookingwp appointment plug-in (https://bookingwp.com/plugins/woocommerce-appointments/), in the single product page with bookable woocommerce product everything looks great but calendar section and “book now” button does not functioning. if i try with default wordpress theme it works. Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the bookingwp appointment plug-in with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.
You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you.
Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team at ptheme.customize@gmail.com for paid Customization services.

Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and finds and edit the Shop Page. After editing the Shop page scroll below you will find view options and in view options, you will find the content inner top option and in it, you will find a block slug name which means the particular section is coming from Blocks, so if you do not completely want to remove that section from your WP and simply wants to remove it from Shop page then remove the block slug name from the content inner top option, save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache.
