Hi, I used my product key in a website but now that website doesn’t exist. Now when im gonna use my key and register the betheme in this website, show me the message: “Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: xxxx”. What i have supposed to do in this case?

Hi!
We installed the template with the demo content, but the SSL certificate is not 100%. Many .js and CSS errors are reported. Second problem is that the Revoluiton slider is not working properly. The first image is displayed, the second is not. I also tried copying the first one, but it doesn’t work either.

Hi, I installed your theme with a prebuild demo (Aromatherapy) and at the bottom of the pages in copyrigt area there are “Privacy policy and Cookie” links which does not lead anywhere.
I have checked all theme options carefully to look for this, but can’t find it anywhere. I want to translate them and link them to my Privacy and Cookie pages.
Can you advice me where to find them please?

We’ve checked it once again and there is no glitch in the theme. Your images are simply different proportions and that’s it loads the way as on your screenshot. The images that loads correctly are 480×720px (vertical proportions are kept). However, the image you’ve mentioned above is totally different proportions (765×750px). I updated the beTheme from version 10 to ver 22 as RevSlider was failing again and again. So when I updated, all the font sizes have turned tiny or non-visible. What am I missing ? I just replaced the betheme folder.

Can you confirm to me that the installation of your pre-built website does not allow to modify them with ELEMENTOR ?
For example, if I install Decor2 I can’t edit it with Elementor?
Indeed, we cannot modify the elements in the visual editor Elementor, we can modify only in the Muffin Editor which is not visual.
Yet I understood that your theme was totally compatible Elementor.

Betheme is fully compatible with Elementor of course. However, if you refer to pre-built websites, on https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/splash#websites you have filter on the left hand side where you can check which pre-built websites been made with Elementor. The Decor2 been made with Muffin Builder only.

I am using the craft beer theme on a folder down from the main site for contests only. I also wanted to use the handyman2 theme in the top root public_html and have the same menu background as craft beer.
I am only considering this because handyman 2 is using elementor for which I have licenses for.
Would handyman 2 be a better option for using elementor, or should I just use craft beer and add elementor.
I wanted the better integration with elementor as possible between the two options.

to be honest, it depends on you and your needs only. You can import any demo you like. If Elementor is must have in your case, you should definitely import BeHandyman2 pre-built website.

since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

Yes, the contact page should have two Google maps with different locations and two addresses at the bottom. Then there are two radio butoms that allow you to call the form for sending a message either to one office or to another. For example, an office in Paris and London. The user chooses to send a message to the Paris office and a feedback form opens. Probably this can be done using the Gravity Form plugin
Yes, you can have 2 Google Map items with different locations but according to radio button that allows you to choose form, this question is more to plugin’s author (if you saw such feature for Gravity Forms then you should be able to achieve this with Betheme because this plugin is compatible with the theme).

logo only shows up when you’re logged in I am using your theme with multiple clients please respond to me ASAP. I have this issue witH all me betheme clients. The logo works on the shopping cart pages but on regular pages.

BETHEME is wonderful, but the pre-built shop themes you have on BETHeme do not have advanced e-commerce options such as favorite buttons, review options, product sizes.
