Because before the WPBakery FrontEnd Editor was working and a part of the theme. But now it no longer has the Editor and the pages lose the images. The wordpress plugins has WPBakery in it but not in Uncode Theme plugin anymore. Can Enable jQuery Migrate Helper solve this issue?

Hi dreamtimepr! Yes, this is one of the suggestions if you have followed all the steps, and you are not able to flush the cache properly (server or possible extra cache services like Cloudflare). Try to follow this suggestion otherwise open a ticket since it’s not possible to help more from here. If this was an issue of Uncode, here you should read thousand of similar reports. If you have some odd issue in your installation we need to access to check.

Uncode Core and Uncode Visual Composer (WPBakery Page Builder) are the only required plugins. Any other plugins are optional —> I can’t see anywhere where I can update my WPBakery

Ok but the report it’s the same, this doesn’t happen since you added more fonts (there is not a broken code in the fonts import operation) but the problem is that the Max Vars went over and were not saved for some reasons we cannot debug from here. If the problem was the font here you should see every users complaint about the same problem when testing fonts.

Thank you for the advice. I’ve increased the Max Vars from 3000 (which should work) to 5000. Hope this could solved my trouble.

Hi JerrysCode! I hope this will help your situation, please not that also a database clean as suggested a few message ago can help, maybe this is not a fresh installations and you have database tables occupied by a possible old theme or possible old plugins data.

Hi brockmanmagicnumber! No we don’t have any other reports by the way this is not a popular plugin. What would be the specific problem? I don’t think you can modify the Page Builder to support such a plugin, it’s simply part of the nature of WordPress when you put together code created by different authors that are not designed to work together. Have you tried reporting the problem to the plugin author?

Thanks for your quick reply undsgn! We’ve set up a paywall with Paid Memberships Pro (after x views of a post, a user must create an account) and it doesn’t work when Visual Bakery and Uncode are active. Would MemberPress be a better option for a paywall plugin?

Hi brockmanmagicnumber! We are sorry but it’s not something we know without a deep check to this issue and is by no means guaranteed to be something fixable. Searching on our Help Center I find only one user who was using MemberPress, but I can’t tell you if he was using the normal WordPress content or the Page Builder for the creation of articles.

Ok, that’s why users should open tickets so developers can check installations, otherwise from here we can only suggest what works for us trying to replicate the settings we see from the frontend. Above all, it’s explained in the docs why users cannot expect all extra features of all plugins to work when they don’t use the native layout (since this plugins are designed and coded to work with the default layout).

Ok, but support on Envato has an expiration like every product you buy. If you understand how a plugin is created you would understand that you can’t expect everything to work perfectly if you use extra plugins, because they are coded only to work with the default WooCommerce layout. Not sure what you mean with your latest request but I think you need some specific WooCommerce plugin if you want to have two completely different stores in one, and not just two different categories.

At least it hasn’t been programmed very robust. For me it is very obvious: When I turn Adaptive Images on, the pictures get blurry, if I deactivate it, they are sharp. I don’t use any other plugins to handle images nor have I implemented any own code in order to change the pictures. Thanks for the link but I am not going to pay you extra to fix your template. Add on: If the option is enabled then there is no “srcset” in the code, but if it is disabled “srcset” with all the different sizes is shown. I guess that is wrong!

If you don’t want to open a ticket you are free not to do it, but we are not able to reply from here, the rest is just talk that doesn’t lead to anything. Now please don’t discuss about expired support because this is one of Envato’s Policy and it’s not really possible to expect lifetime private support, prices on ThemeForest are low and support expires after 6 or 12 months as for all themes.
PS: Yes of course there is no “srcset” if you use Adaptive, this is intrinsic when using l and Adaptive. From here I can only say that the plugin is not designed to have such big thumbnails, this plugin is generally used with multiple images on the same Row, because the plugin must try to create an approximation and to distribute the images in a justified way.

Hi flodrepublic! You cannot add a link to the title or to the image if you are using the “Team Member” option. As for the video tutorial you can add a link if you insert an internal URL in the Social option. Otherwise, you can remove the “Team Member” option and create custom links in the Single Block tab as you can do when you insert a custom link for each element of a normal Media Gallery.
