The PSD file has been sent to your email address. Please check. To change background images, you need to edit the pages in the WPbakery editor after installing the template. Usually, the background image is added in the Section or Row settings. Regards.

I don’t have the JetElements plugin and I don’t want another plugin on my website, I understand that is the first solution you team give as is easy, but in my opinion a plugin for every single thing is not the way so I try to avoid them as possible. In this case Jupiter 6 doesn’t have such feature in the footer. The workaround is you can create a section in WPbakery editor, add Accordion element to show the menu, then copy the code via Text editor and paste it into Text widget in Appearance > Widgets > First Footer Area. Hmm… not sure if I can do this since I decided last year to have just the sub-footer active right now and not the footer section (for a better and minimal design); and also, if google will show those links as page results which is not ideal, who I guess it’s happening to me right now although I’ve marked in each policy, cookies etc pages to not show this on google results , but google is showing the words “terms, cookies, etc” as part of each page on the description google section. Can you clarify this please? Thanks.

Looking back at the previous messages in this support forum you everywhere mentioned we have lifetime VIP support, including the period when only clients with 5 licenses kept their VIP status when you changed it to 10 licenses for VIP status.
Now as a VIP even when you have more than 20 licenses, you still have only support till the last bought license ends after 6 mounths. So you misleeded every VIP client in the past! Shame on you!.
It would behoove you if you honored current VIP clients their lifetime VIP support..

You don’t need Elementor Pro for this. At first you need to enable your custom post type in Jupiter X > Control Panel > Settings > Custom Post Types. Then go to Templates > Add New > select “Single” type and the content to your template. After that go to Customizer > Post types > select your post type > Single > Custom and choose the template from the dropdown menu. Regards.

You need to enable your custom post types in Jupiter X > Control Panel > Settings > Custom Post Types. Create Single template for each. Then select the needed template for the post type in Customizer > Post Types.

1. To reduce the height spacing, you need to edit Header template with Elementor editor under Templates menu and modify the Section/ Logo element settings.
2. You need to edit the colors in the Elementor editor. Check the Sections/Columns settings where the background color is set.
3. And again you need to edit the home page in the Elementor editor and modify the slider element.

We said that we’ll provide the plugin that will make Jupiter 6 pages compatible with Jupiter X. We included Jupiter Donut and WPBakery plugins in Jupiter X, so now you can install Jupiter X theme on the Jupiter 6 site, activate the theme and install Jupiter Donut, WPbakery plugins. These way your pages created with WPBakery will be active and compatible with Jupiter X. However you’ll need to re-do the theme settings (set logo, fonts, header, footer) in Customizer as Jupiter X doesn’t have Theme Options. Thank you for understanding.
How about the Child theme that I have with Jupiter6? So I can just overwrite theme with JupiterX and everything will work, except everything in customizer. Is there maybe any video tutorial for migration or video for Customizer? So I can be prepared for everything. Thank you.
