Hello, we are doing test on our Bridge theme that was bought a while ago and its support is over; after server reset we wanted to enter our purchase code again but “Code is already registered for other domain” was the reply. We realized that we first had to deregister the purchase code and then reregister it. Now we are stuck in the suituation that we cant register and download the demos under the same domain. Hello, I’ve used Bridge for a client who is now asking me to optimize the loading time of his website, which leads me to a question: in Qode Options > General > Settings, there’s the possibility to chose which Jquery Scripts are loaded for the website. My question is, where can I find information about the purpose of each of those scripts? I couldn’t find anything in your documentation, so I have no idea which ones to disable and which ones to keep… Thanks

Thanks for writing in! These are default WordPress scripts, most of them are not used in the theme, but some of them are used for certain shortcodes, for example the Accordion. Disabling scripts can improve loading speed. You can guess by name ( JQuery UI Accordion, JQuery UI Menu..) what particular option is for. Unfortunately we still do not have detailed guide which explains in what element particular script is used. Try disabling all scripts except these 3 and see if it makes your site faster:

Hello, I am looking to upgrade the theme on a website where Bridge was purchased via a third party. I have the original purchase code, is it therefore possible to upgrade or do we need to purchase again? Thanks.
Also, after upgrading to v5.7 of WordPress using the version of Bridge currently installed (v21) a few things happened such as the menu no longer operated as expected. Is this one of the known issues I saw in the FAQ that perhaps jQuery Migrate would help resolve? Thanks

The latest version released is 25.8 so please check if you have updated the latest version of the theme and its plugins. If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. Also you should know that you can always access the latest theme files from your Envato account from which the theme was purchased from. If the update procedure was performed correctly you should not have any issue with this since our theme is compatible with the latest WordPress.

Seeing a weird issue after recently adding a new user where WP Bakery will not display any content in Classic Mode for posts/pages my new user creates. Published pages look fine. Page previews look fine. But in the editor, the content rows show as blank and the row control buttons to drag/drop or customize/add columns are screwed up looking.
All plugins and the theme are up to date, user role is defined appropriately, and WP Bakery settings haven’t changed. This issue only occurs with pages/posts created by this user and has not ever happened with any of my other users.

That is strange since we could not replicate this issue at all. Could you please check in WPBakery > RoleManager that Post type is set to custom and that you have check all your custom types. Also you can try to navigate to WPBakery Page Builder -> General Settings and check the ‘Disable Gutenberg Editor’ option.

Hi, does Bridge support SVG logo heading image?

Thanks for writing in! SVG images are not supported by WordPress by default and they won’t work correctly when enabled in our theme since function is using logo image size in calculations and because of nature of SVG image, this won’t work as intended and it will require some modifications. We highly suggest using of png images, but in case that you really need to use SVG logos then please contact our support regarding that part.
