The file “class-kirki-modules-webfonts.php” is loaded every when a page is accessed by user ? If so, it seems that this fatal error happened only once when I updated Flatsome. I’ll watch the situation for a while.

When trying to upload Flatsome theme I get his message – The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini. ?? Any ideas how to solve this? I have tried clearing cache – Thanks

I have a question about the custom 404 page solution in flatsome.

I have chosen a custom 404 block in flatsome, but the problem is that it gives out the wrong response.

it gives out a 200 response and not a 404 response as it should.

does anyone have any idea how i can get a 404 respons from the custom 404 page?

If you mean a tag list like a tag cloud, you can add them via the “Tag Cloud” widget.

How does this theme not use the comparison plugin, which is used by hundreds of thousands of people. I did not get it. You are testing the comparison plugin. and when you place them in header fields. we can buy it.

We have an issue with this theme on mobile. I’m going to assume more of your customers have run into this problem.

On Iphone, we have noticed that after scrolling up an down a few times, the page locks up and the screen stops your ability to scroll. Basically you need to refresh the page to fix it.

I’ve tried the suggestion of adding: overflow: hidden; to the body but this doesn’t seem to do anything.

Hi, my support for your product ran out a long time ago. i just found your theme so awesome i didn’t need it. Am commenting to see if anyone else has the same issue as me,

I have been using my main menu for both desktop and mobile. today i designed my mobile menu. But not matter what i do, i am unable to get it to work on mobile. i am running all latest wordpress and woo, deleted cache’s etc, gone through plugins, all the normal stuff.

If i change my desktop menu, then the changes show up on mobile even if mobile menu is selected for mobile and main menu is selected for desktop. Its as if the function is just not available any more.

Thanks for your reply. Have resolved the issue by changing the main menu design for mobile first. $40 is to much money for just sorting out the menu. appreciate you taking the time to answer. was just more curious if anyone else was having the same issue.

3rd and final time putting in this request. Your theme has a bug that causes content and add to cart button to overlap the tab section on one of the product page templates when scrolling. I’ve deactivated all plugins, etc.

Wouldn’t it actually help for you to have more information to be able to see what the issue is? A page example, etc. It’s definitely a bug.

I am looking to create a multi-site wordpress install. I have never done this before and would like to know if one license will be enough to create something like:

shop.domainabc.com blog.domainabc.com other.domainabc.com

As far as I see this, those are subdomains of the main domain – so would 1 license suffice?

It depends on how this is connected.

When it comes to subdomains, the context in which how these subdomains are being used needs to be considered to determine whether a single license applies. If all the subdomains are designed to organize your content within one main site ,we consider it a single-end product (thus requiring a single license). For example, your main domain is fruits.com, and the subdomains are apple.fruits.com and orange.fruits.com, the subdomains relate to the main site and are used to organize the content of your main site into subdomains (even though the subdomains require multiple installations which can have individual personalities), the subdomains are still related to the same subject of the main site and therefore a single end product.

If each subdomain has no relation to each other or the main site and is about different things, then we consider these subdomains different end products regardless of the implementation (single installation). In this case, you would need a separate license for each subdomain. For example, your main domain is fruits.com which is about the health benefits of eating fruit, and you have a subdomain which is buy.fruits.com which is about buying 3D models of fruit, you will need a separate license for each.

In the case of multisite installations mapped to subdomains, a single license is fine because technically, it’s still only one installation and one entity. However, you’ll need multiple licenses to use a multisite installation with domain mapping because those would be technically different sites, and hence, different end products.

All in all, you need to consider how you are using the theme to determine whether a single license is enough or multiple licenses are required.

I am adding a blog to my site however I get 404 errors for all links to the blog categories and archives. I have reset WordPress Settings > Permalinks and deactivated my plugins one at a time without effect. When I deactivate Flatsome by selecting another theme however the links work fine. Such vertical menus is not included by the theme. But, you can use the Ubermenu plugin. Flatsome is compatible with it.
