Hi. In Elementor, the blocks and pages tabs in the Elementor library have disappeared. It’s just blank. If I uninstall Jupiter core x, they show back up. Everything else works and looks fine. It worked fine before. not sure what happened. My support has also expired, so I need a quick fix.

ok. thanks. i had another issue with sticky columns. with wpb, its very easy to get the effect you want, but in elementor, several different ways that may/may not work depending on the theme you are using. I found that with Jupiter, creating new CSS classes worked the best consistently. All the other methods had various issues, like staying sticky throughout the whole page and not releasing at the end of the column.

What theme are you using: Jupiter 6 or Jupiter X. If you don’t have that demo in your control panel, then I suppose you’re using Jupiter 6, as that template is available for Jupiter X only. Regards.

Can’t open support ticket on artbees support platform
I need help with a bug on my site, so I want to open a ticket but your support site says my licence is expired (though it is only 4 months old and still valid). When I try to click “Extended your license support?” button, I get this error message: Too many attemps in short time. Try again after about 6 minutes!
Why is that? What can I do to get help quickly? Please advise.

There are some issues with new Elementor version and for now it’s recommended to revert back to 3.1.4 version until they fix the problems. Thank you.

yes, same problem with the default screen. It does seem okay on only safari. Every other browser the shapes are pixelated and I’ve seen on other peoples sites, not just mine. FYI

If the problem persists with default WordPress theme too, then it’s related to Elementor. After they released a new version, there are some problems after updating, so they were notified and we are waiting for a new update. Thank you for understanding.

Hello, I’m experiencing issues with Share social buttons on a Single page. I have a share button on a single blog page, so when a user clicks they can share the article, BUT the links don’t seem to work. The widget doesn’t seem to insert any links, when I inspect the page. I have used Jupiter before and now I have a client that I’m building a site for and they want to have auction and subscription on their website. I saw that Woocommerce (Which is a plugin you support) has auction and subscription as a service so I’m wondering if you’ve tried it in Jupiter X and is it compatible?

Any known issues with Jupiter 6 and the new wordpress release (5.7.1)? I think it would be really useful if you update that Software Version list in this page with each new WP update, so we didn’t need ask every time they release a new update… .

Yes, portfolio posts can be shown via the Posts element in Elementor editor and the categories filter can be enabled in the settings. As for the list layout, you can select to show posts in one column and they will be displayed in a list. Thank you.

Question. And i wonder, if the unlimited posts with filter are possible or not. Or Should the number of posts be set in order to be place on the page?
It is not like 200 or 100000 posts to be set to show on the page but the unlimited posts are possible to be place automatically without setting the number of posts.
Or would it be like this https://jupiterx.artbees.net/adopt-pet-2/ ? What i meant, there is post about Dogs with a filter in this Link (https://jupiterx.artbees.net/adopt-pet-2/). And there are 2 Filters and 4 posts on each filter. It means, the number of posts (in here 4 posts) are set to place the post on the page.

This may be a silly question, on this page https://jupiterx.artbees.net/jupiter-x-templates/ there are options to Search, Category, style, header etc. Is this included as a module in the theme? I want a site that people can search for website mock ups and a copy of your demo page would be ideal.

Do you want to hide the main header and show the sticky one only? It can be done with custom css code, or you can create the header template for the main header and leave it empty so no content is shown there and assign the sticky header template in Customizer > Header.
