in latest version release notes it says Fixed max_execution_time warning in control panel. But this notice is still present. Is that OK? Although Hostagtor noticed me that they can’t change settings within my package. Should I just ignore this?

Do you have any custom css code in Customizer > Additional CSS? If so, try to remove it temporarily and check the products.
Can i please get some type of feedback on my issue or at least a refund or something. I purchase this theme for multisite usage and it isn’t working the way you guys said. Subdomain admins cannot install templates! Please see ticket!

Free Safe your website from hackers Pro tips Hi, it seems that the row element is missing the Full Height option in WPBakery. If I disable Jupiter Donut plugin, I can use the full height feature for the row blocks but if i keep Jupiter’s donut addon, the option goes away. Please can you fix this as this is the only way to make a splash photo on the main page. This is supposed to be a default option in WPBakery as well.

Where did you send your query? To get a new API key, you need to revoke the current key: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/revoking-api-key/ , then generate a new one with the same purchase code, and you’ll be able to register the theme with a new domain name. Regards.
hi there, just can’t work my jupiter theme cause in my wp backoffice it says I’m supposed to have already registered licence… what can I do please? I purchased that theme in 2015 and it’s just great for me but I’m not using it at the moment so why can’t I just use it please?

Hi there thanks for the answer! Just managed to solve the issue: Had to go on my artbees account and modify the “recording” on my jupiter licence. Now it’s working good BUT I have one new issue: My site hosting is limited to 128mo php and Jupiter is “guaranteed” at 256. Is it ok to run a site with 128 or absolutely a disaster like nothing works at all etc??!! Thanks for your quick answer guys!

Yes, you can use Jupiter with 128M, actually 96M of WP memory should be enough. Thank you.

I have a quick question. When trying to use the following template:
https://jupiterx.artbees.net/fitness-shop/It has a vertical scroll bar, we’ve tried everything and can’t seem to remove it. We thought perhaps the image was wider than 1920px but that does not seem to be the case. Then we looked at the version you host for previewing and notice it’s happening on your version of the site as well. Is this a bug? If not how to we get the template to NOT have the vertical scroll bar?

Where can I see the demo on the online course sample for following features. 1) how to create and edit the module, chapter in the them? 2) is there any progress bar to indicate the student progress for each module? 3) is there any arrow/button to allow student to go to NEXT LESSON or PREVIOUS LESSON?

The element you’re talking about is default Elementor widget, not from Jupiter X Core. Could you activate default WordPress theme “Twenty Twenty One” and check this widget with it? Do you have the same problem with default WP theme? Let us know. Regards.
