Pre-sale question: I observed that the search on the homepage doesn’t show on mobile and tablet views. Is there any reason for this? This is very critical to my project. Can it be enabled and disabled from the admin panel?
Update: I now see that it shows as “Advanced Search” under the slider on the homepage which was why I missed it. Can it be made to actually show on the slider just the way it shows when you click on advanced search when browsing on mobile? Or show like the way it is on desktop then when you click advanced search it shows more? Also, can the word “Advanced Search” be changed to something else to reflect on mobile alone and not affect desktop or even be changed to a button so people know they need to click?

Hi, everytime i make an update of the theme and plugins, the option “Use single pin?” is set to “Yes” in Pin management options and i have to re-import about 100 custom pins as i don’t use single image pin.
Is it a known issue? How can i keep my custom pins when update the theme? Is there a way to re-import all pins faster than upload the pin one by one? Best regards

I tested the following process to understand the initial comment
1. I set use singe pin to NO and added a custom pin to a specific category in theme options with an old theme version – 3.7 in this case 2. Updated the theme and core plugin to 3.8 3. Checked theme options and Use Singe PIn was set to NO as before the update and the pin was there too https://prnt.sc/15p6ylu
I cannot replicate what you describe, unless there is something done wrong in theme update in which case we can double check in our private client support.
As far as WPML goes, WPMl will show the custom pins in one default language only. maybe the issue is in a 2nd wpml language, but WPML cannot display the same custom pins in different languages. Thanks a lot for your quick support. I have followed the process, but in my dev website, i have imported a demo to have some new pages after the upgrade. Perhaps it was due to this. I will upgrade my official website on soon and i will tell you if everything’s ok. Thank you.

If you did that before pins disappeared, the change was from demo import for sure.

Many CRM Software in the net are proposing for the Agent to print a custom exposé as a PDF and with the Info he wants to send to the client (with or without address, with or without plan etc..). As I can see many requests was made from other users. Are you planing to implement a custom setting for agent to print exposés in the future ?
Or maybe a plugin to help making this setup ?

If you wish to create a custom PDF and email it to client, we do not have this on our to do list.
Clients can download a PDF by accessing the site -> property page directly.
You actually want something new – to create a PDF manually and email it manually. No plugin can do that, and as feature this is a complex feature to build (especially letting each user create their PDF for each listing)
If you have an example to share I can check it out, but I cannot make any promise at this stage.

This something famous in the real estate. Small companies in luxury properties do more custom offers and want to share things privately they don’t want to share on the front. If you need 2 or more languages at the same time, only a multi-language plugin can do that.
The only way to create a multilanguage site is to use a multilanguage plugin. Since the theme supports several features (advance search, custom fields support) we could only find WPML plugin to be able to translate all these.
So based on the assistance of WPML plugin developers, we made the theme WPML compatible (we integrated special code from them to make certain elements translate: custom fields in particular). Please keep in mind that WPML is a multilanguage plugin which is paid. Must be installed and used separately from the theme. It requires admin translates everything manually from wp-admin.
Also, the support for the plugin is normally done by WPML as the support code is based on their documentation and instructions. They tested the theme before confirming it is WPML ready. If there are settings we know of how to translate, we help without issues. But if there are problems, these have to be fwd-ed to WPML plugin support.

Hi, Thank you for the comment. We do got have google search in the theme, I am not sure how Google Search can be enabled in a wordpress site either. if there is a shortcode like / plugin that you can use, you can make a shortcode show as first element if you combine with a full row.

They would like the search on the home page to have a geo-location feature similar to how the search works on the half-map pages in the search results on your demo. Is that possible?
Do you have to manually add the locations into the database or when someone lists a property does it use geo-location to add the property location?

If you use Google autocomplete, the location elements will be auto-filled in the theme based on the user address
If you do not use Google autocomplete, the admin will need to add city/area in admin and the user will select the values in submission from dropdowns.
