I’m trying to get search&filter Pro to work with uncode by pointing it at using the search.php of the theme. It should work since uncode is using theLoop as per recommended search&filter. And it works but I need a content block with dynamic enabled (not sure which kind)and to design my result page.
I’m trying to use a content block to display search results, but I’m not sure if a ‘all posts’ element module on a page will actually show me search results. It looks like the dynamic generation of this module is not able to receive input from search results. Has anyone found a way to make a content block with a dynamic posts module work with search&filter pro?
Or, is there another way without using a content block to display results as a grid of posts?
I know elementos does have a direct implementation of search&filter for search results, but I really like to stay in uncode !
Basically, have search&filterPro use either search.php or archives.php to display search results in a grid.
Anyone has any hints? Thanks in advance!
Hi sixjames! Unfortunately, we cannot help you with this without seeing your installation and how this specific plugin works. This plugin probably fails to hook into the Posts module, which is completely normal if both developers don’t work together to provide compatibility. If you are looking for another way to show results, you have to do without using the Posts module with Dynamic Query and use the default template by selecting from Search > Content Block > Inherit, this is the default method, and generally the one that offers higher compatibility.

Hi! Im trying to connect Uncode theme with Filter Everything Pro. And it works good if I use default archive page + default grid. But it doesnt work if I use archive page + content block with dynamic query. How can I make it work?

Hi rommov! We have no idea if this is something that can work. There are so many plugins that is impossible to test them all. Besides, when you use the Posts module, this is something custom from Uncode, and possibly extra plugins are not coded to work together. I`m using secondary image function and it works great. But I have one issue that I`m struggling. When second image is displaying it looks like it is 1px aboe then the first one. When mouse is hovering featured image it looks like it is moving up a little. Is there any way I can fix it?

Well, since every bug in every soft is a strange thing, it still needs to be fixed:) Thanks for your reply, I just posted post on support board. I though that maybe it is some common bug with some easy fix, thats why I posted it here.

I can provide some solutions, but I need to understand what you are talking about: the basic solution should be move your CSS code to a child theme, but you can’t do that always, it depends, as I said.

Hi, I’m using your Uncode Theme. When the customer is making a payment for a purchase and the postcode is wrong, first he puts in the credit card details and only then he gets the information that the postcode is wrong. Shouldn’t this be before starting the payment? Isn’t there a way to validate all the data first and only then ask to enter the credit card data?
Hi Joaodev! The Uncode checkout is based on the WooCommerce, these behaviours are the standard WooCommerce ones.

Hi shiffy510! We have not tested but Auth0 acts on the login of WordPress and this is not influenced by the theme you use.
With the new update of the Theme some images on our website is becoming blurred, We have tried disabling Adaptive Images and Asynchronous Adaptive Images option but it still loads as blurred. Though our image sise is 1400×823, it loads as 258×152. Please guide. Thanks in anticipation.

Hi saswatadas ! It seems you have a super old version of Uncode. You need to update the theme and the required plugins, since you have a very old version it’s strongly suggested to perform a backup first: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/214001205
Please also note that you have some cache or optimization plugin that modify the code, so the possible problem can also be related to this. In a few words, deactivate first all extra plugins, make a backup and update the theme.
I loged in to my WP dahsboard and went to WP Updates. It shows:
Plugins Your plugins are all up to date.
Themes Your themes are all up to date.
Translations Your translations are all up to date.
What is the newer version of the theme and where can I download it and install the the new theme?

Hi! first of all I really love this theme in everything. I am trying to restrict pages but I am unable to make it work with any plugin. I have tried and bought also the official one from wpbakery (https://wpbakery.com/addons/restricted-content/ ) but it doesn’t work with the custom version of wpbakery for Uncode. Hi everybody, it seems there’s a problem using the “posts” module choosing portfolio as post type: none of the created portfolio category appears typing in the “categories” field, so we can’t choose a single portfolio category to show in this page… is it a bug or we are doing something wrong? I found that for some reason WP media lib is seeing my SVG as 98000 px wide… sorry, your original theme SVG works fine.. so it’s problem in my SVG
