If you want to remove it from Mobile Menu, then you can turn it OFF from Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Mobile Panel: https://postimg.cc/xNgQhPDd but you can not add the shortcode there as this is not possible and requires Customization, but you can add the shortcode in mobile header using header HTML element with Custom Header Builder: https://postimg.cc/MXzcT6Zy

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins. and if not then try to update and check back and if yes, then please try to follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have set up the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Are you using any third party plugin on your site, If yes, then try to deactivate all the third party plugins on your site and check back, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

Try to make sure that you have set the Number Of decimals to show fine from WooCommerce >> Settings.

Porto Functionality Plugin Update Failing. About a day ago a box appeared inside and on top of my WP admin and when it gets to updating the Functionality plugin for Porto wordpress it says updating – then it fails. Any help on this please?

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with same purchase code, and after that go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try to update the plugin from there one by one, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Please run the backup of your site and again try to update the Theme by following the below-listed instructions, I am sure you will find the issue anymore and you will find the cause of the issue.
Here is the recommended way of Automatic update from us:
1. Take the complete backup of your site before updating the Theme for avoiding any inconvenience.
2. Deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme.
3. Take a Backup of your Custom Code and remove it from the site before an update of the Theme.
4. If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme before updating the Theme.
5. Remove all the cache from your server, site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are the changes that occur on your site after that...
6. After that go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme One-Click automatically from there.
7. After that go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.
8. After that check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are changes occur on your site after that and if all goes well then.
9. You have to again Activate the Child Theme.
10. Again activate all the third-party plugins one by one.Finally, check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Hi, we tried step by step everything you described, but the theme does not work correctly. This is not because of another plugin, but just a problem with the latest version as reported by other people. About the paying for paid support, I don’t think it’s right to ask for money to fix a non working theme. We have purchased two licenses and so far we have not used any support by you.
