Any number you like. Theme doesn’t restrict anything like that. As long you have free space and allowed space in your database you can extend.

It’s a elementor powered theme and most sections are created using Elementor. Except set templates like blog, shop, portfolio you can edit all other sections. These are controlled from theme options. Primarily for changing images/structure/content. If you have little experience in Elementor then you won’t find it difficult.

Any plugin works with WordPress core so it’ll work with any theme. We haven’t tested it as this is not relevant to our Theme design and demos. You may need to customize and adjust css as per your requirement.

Softek is translatable. However, this is not RTL theme.

Softek comes with header and footer builder which gives you flexibility to edit headers using Elementor. Please follow https://radiantthemes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042455454-How-to-upload-logo-Themes-with-Header-Builder- to understand how you can upload logo and edit other options. In theme documentation also https://softek.radiantthemes.com/docs/#header it’s mentioned.

I guess you mean preloader. Yes, you can disable it from theme options.
