Hi, I have a problem with OT Testimonials and elementor. I would like to use OT Testimonials for my homepage. When I choose OT Testimonials via Elementor the Testimonials are integrated in the page but on the left side are no settings. This means I cannot change the text of the Testimonials nor upload a picture. I hope you can help me.

Hi, How can I sort by date in the Mentor Theme under the Workshops menu item. The workshops are currently sorted in reverse order, with the furthest away workshop being displayed first.

Dear All, I bought the Mentor Themes for Word Press. I downloaded the ZIP File and tried to install the Themes, but it failed. The Errormessage is “The Theme missed the Stylesheet style.css.” Can you support me please. I have no idea, why is the style.css is missed and not inculde in the downloaded ZIP file.

I bought the Mentor theme in 2017. Now the website I build it with does not work anymore, all that is shown is a moving circle. I think it could be caused by the WPBakery Visual Composer – there is a new update shown, but I can´t update it, because I bought it with your theme Mentor. How can I update the builder and make the website work again?​ And NO I don´t want to submit a ticket and pay for the answer to my simple question when my website is broken because of no updates from your theme. Do I have to buy the updates to make it work again?

The Mentor theme purchased at 2018 is showing error messages at Wordpress site that I admin: www.tiaosantos.com.br/site

There are no “Theme Options” in our admin area of Wordpress at all…

This theme is missing the actual theme editor as mentioned in the documentation. And doesn’t even include the plugins that were stated in the folder.

AKA WPBakery or Elementor – I had to purchase Elementor to work with this.

A couple of weeks ago, I contacted you with an issue that the Redux template renders the site useless but that my support was over. It’s not my only problem with the theme so I reviewed it. You reacted with a standard ‘submit a ticket’ mail, fully aware that that is impossible when support is finished as I bought the theme years ago. If something breaks the theme and I am clearly not the only one, I would expect a hotfix/update of the theme in general and not having to pay for the theme again to renew support. The breaking part is not done on my end. So as nice as you ‘donotreply’ message said to submit a ticket… it is impossible to do so with the mandatory license field.

Hello, will there be an UPDATE for 2022 and the Wordpress Version 5.9 or will the theme MENTOR not be updated / developed anymore ???

i have checked my host and domain possible problems and everything looks fine.

i update the website to the latest wordpress version and maybe this could be the problem.

can you tell me WHERE AND HOW can i update the mentor theme to the latest version?

Is the theme compatible with the latest WP + Woocommerce + Bakery + Booked?

I will not recommend this theme. It causes me a lot of inconveniences and the support is really poor. They ask to pay again to solve the issue that I had with a loading time due to the Redux plugin used in this theme. Too bad

I use mentor since last year but I spent a lot of time without using the website due to an issue with the loading time of the webpage. There is a “plug-in” called REDUX that is causing the problem. However, when I turn it off, a lot of the graphics are lost. Can you please help me to solve this issue with the Mentor Theme.

Could you please confirm if customers are asked to pay for their booked appointment after they choose a date and time? Is it possible to link the calendar booking system to WooCommerce or a different payment solution so that booked appointments are paid for at the time of booking?
