Hi, we have been asked to update an old site with Enfold (version 3.8), coming from an old backup (online site lost). How difficult will it be tu update to the latest version? Of course a new license will be bought before updating.

I am struggling to import the Enfold 2017 demo content. I keep getting the following error. Please recommend a fix?

“Download of files for demo Enfold 2017 didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.”

This is a worst update ever. I am not able to save the setting in the enfold settings. Not letting me save the page / posts. what is the use of this theme now, just to see it installed on WordPress. Not at all Happy. Need urgent update on these issues.

Though reseted wordpress many times and deleted all the plugins, after installed the enfold, the page show” There has been a critical error on this website.”, and I contacted author at this page,but didn’t get any response yet. And I cann’t registered the support forum, though tried several times. I had inputed the purchase code, but I never received the password, then I reseted the password, but the link were always redirecting another link, and got another email with link to reset password, but the link page only request a username or email address , page showed :Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below. . How can I do now ???

I have checked all Enfold theme demo but couldn’t see any demo that resembles the website. If the author can assure me it is 100% possible, I will purchase this theme today.

I do also have the problem after updating to 4.8.5 there is always a social share icon below my posts, in my case its Instagram (I do have instagram and facebook link in top of header) – although nothing is activated in settings panel. never was before.. how can we solve this?

My company took over the work on a clients’ website, however the old developer messed up the theme I guess!

In the Theme Options it is still licensed to the old developer BUT it is not upgrading, it is still stuck on Version 4.3.2 on Themeforest however, I can see Version 4,8 is out! The theme is not finding the new version! Does it mean, the former developer revoked the license for this theme on this particular site?

Hi, after the last update the Icon Box is also bugged I think cause I can not get rid of the “Click to add your own text here” text. Even if I wrtie something, it still doesnt display what I wrote, it display this text, “Click to add your own text here”, same as if I delete it, nothing changes. Please advise, Thanks
