Could you please go to Enfold theme options > Performance tab and disable JS file merging and compression option, save theme options, clear cache and check if that helps? Hi there, I already have two licenses, i bought another license yesterday but i have a problem with token Namely, after creating the token I got foloving error: “Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

Are you using WooCommerce Bookings plugin? I believe you should be able to choose time range in product edit page however unfortunately I do not have much experience with the plugin so I am not 100% sure. Plugin is supported by WooCommerce team and you can contact them with any question you have and they would gladly help :)

Many people have issues with updating Enfold via an external management platform like MainWP. Other Envato themes are working fine. The issue is that Enfold only checks for updates when an admin visits the Updates page on the site. Otherwise the updates don’t show up. This has been reported a long time ago, like in https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-check-for-updates-automatically/ (over a year ago), but it’s been silent since then. Do you have an update for this issue?

Pre Purchase Questions: 1. I see the theme is compactable with WooCommerce Bookings plugin extension. Does the theme comes with a free WooCommerce Bookings plugin extension or we need to buy it differently. 2. Is it compactable with any free Bookings plugin. If yes please mention them.

1- Enfold is fully compatible with WooCommerce Bookings plugin however the plugin is not included in the theme, you would need to purchase it separately.

2- Enfold is compatible with – https://www.pluginhive.com/product/woocommerce-booking-and-appointments/ plugin as well however it is also a paid plugin. Unfortunately, we are not aware of any free booking plugins that is compatible with Enfold.

Have you inserted a Personal Token – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token?

If you have, could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist api.envato.com? They might be blocking it for security reasons.

Another user who was having the same issue contacted their hosting provider and replied:
our hoster has updated the Linux distribution of the server. The cause of the problem was probably the incompatibilities of the versions of OpenSSL with cURL. Now the token API works :-)

Just purchased this theme and right out of the box none of the demos will import. Yes, I’ve read through the threads and your support forum. And yes Ive adjusted my server limits for large files and longer times. Yes Ive added the line of code to the function file and tried to manually import…that didnt work either. I see many people with this issue, and many moderators trying to help with different workarounds. So for two hours after purchase I am reading and searching for solutions instead of building a website. I should not need tech support or a workaround within 30 minutes of a purchase. I hope to get this working but honestly, disappointing a new customer right off the bat does not help your brand credibility. The hard truth is that if I had purchased another theme I would have a few web pages up and running already. Great support really only wins you points when its given for a great product. If the product is defective then the support is rather moot. If you really want to provide great support, stop making customers ask you for help. Just give us access to download the demos so we can manually install them right away.

Update: For some unknown reason the demos are now loading. I switched back and forth between the parent and child theme a few times, closed out of wordpress and logged back in, and then removed that code strand from the function file. I had read where another user said they had to try 5 or 6 times so I did that, waiting about 30 seconds between tries. On the 4 try the demo downloaded. And now they all seem to be working. I like the theme (obviously or would not have purchased it) and I am finding my way around quickly, which is nice. So while the first impression was not great, I will reserve judgement until I have spent more time in the theme. If you are thinking to buy this theme, this can be a fair warning and give you hope. You may experience issues with the demo imports, but if you keep at it long enough, you will probably succeed. Wish I could say exactly what did the trick, but dont give up.

Sorry for the issue you had and glad it is working fine now. PHP ZIP Archieve extension is disabled on some servers and that is the main reason why demo import does not work as expected for most users. Since it worked for you on 4th try, I would guess that there was a connection issue however unfortunately cannot pin point what exactly went wrong.

You can try using Page Content element under Content Elements tab of Advanced Layout Builder. You can create a page with your global content and choose to display it using Page Content element. Whenever you update your “global content” page, it would be updated across the site :)

Thats sounds great, love this theme and builder.

I just wanted to say thanks to the Support team for continuing to add new features to the theme.

Enfold is my Go-To Theme for all of my customers. It is easy to customise and receives new features and bug fixes regularly. The theme is capable of passing Web Vitals without a CDN or WebP which shows just how well coded it is. The page builder is easy to use and can be customised easily.

The latest release dealt with the bugs people have mentioned in previous comments 4.8.6.1 .

This is because the team at Enfold added a lot of new features in the last release but as every website, server, plugin setup is different could not be 100% tested – This applies to any WordPress theme.

The bugs were patched within a few days and only applied to a few features.

Make sure you report any issues in the support forum on kriesi.at. The Enfold Devs normally respond to all queries within 2 days.

I have put a new logo that is compatible with retina, that is to say that it is hdpi, it looks better on desktop screens, but it doesn’t look quite right on retina screens. Any solution? How can I indicate that the image is hdpi and that it can be seen on mobile devices?

You can upload it in Enfold theme options > Logo field. Logo supports srcset so browsers would pick the best size and display it :)

But when putting the logo, a size is indicated in the theme, which I think I remember is 300×78, but to make it HDPI the size should be doubled and it would go to 600×156. Would this be a problem?
