How does this theme test for speed related to SEO? Posting a GTMetrix result would be good.

I just wanted to say thanks to the Support team for continuing to add new features to the theme.
Enfold is my Go-To Theme for all of my customers. It is easy to customise and receives new features and bug fixes regularly. The theme is capable of passing Web Vitals without a CDN or WebP which shows just how well coded it is. The page builder is easy to use and can be customised easily.
The latest release dealt with the bugs people have mentioned in previous comments 4.8.6.1 .
This is because the team at Enfold added a lot of new features in the last release but as every website, server, plugin setup is different could not be 100% tested – This applies to any WordPress theme.
The bugs were patched within a few days and only applied to a few features.
Make sure you report any issues in the support forum on kriesi.at. The Enfold Devs normally respond to all queries within 2 days.

I have put a new logo that is compatible with retina, that is to say that it is hdpi, it looks better on desktop screens, but it doesn’t look quite right on retina screens. Any solution? How can I indicate that the image is hdpi and that it can be seen on mobile devices?

If you are importing demo on a clean installation, could you please try resetting database using a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ and try to import again?

How do I upload an hdpi logo for retina displays? Where do I put them?

You can upload it in Enfold theme options > Logo field. Logo supports srcset so browsers would pick the best size and display it

But when putting the logo, a size is indicated in the theme, which I think I remember is 300×78, but to make it HDPI the size should be doubled and it would go to 600×156. Would this be a problem?
is it possible to have the enfold theme update? the wordpress update generated an incompatibility on our site

Yes, you can update the theme even from very old versions

Hi, we have been asked to update an old site with Enfold (version 3.8), coming from an old backup (online site lost). How difficult will it be tu update to the latest version? Of course a new license will be bought before updating.

If there are no changes made on parent theme files, you should not have any issues. You may need to re-configured widget areas and header options. To be on the safe side, please update the theme on a testing installation first

This is a worst update ever. I am not able to save the setting in the enfold settings. Not letting me save the page / posts. what is the use of this theme now, just to see it installed on WordPress. Not at all Happy. Need urgent update on these issues.

Though reseted wordpress many times and deleted all the plugins, after installed the enfold, the page show” There has been a critical error on this website.”, and I contacted author at this page,but didn’t get any response yet. And I cann’t registered the support forum, though tried several times. I had inputed the purchase code, but I never received the password, then I reseted the password, but the link were always redirecting another link, and got another email with link to reset password, but the link page only request a username or email address , page showed :Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below. . How can I do now ???

Hi, I need help urgently. I want to purchase this theme but needs to be assured that I can do my client site like this site – https://erkant.de. This is according to my client’s request.
