Menu on mobile phone is already expanded (showing submenu options), it makes visibility of webpage quite difficult. How could we collapse menu options?

the theme is very very slow why? Time to first byte according to GTmetrix is about 2 s.

Constantly having issues with licensing being disabled. I look in their license manager and I’ll have 3 or 4 IPs listed with my domain. I have to constantly delete the others… not sure if they’re picking up from a CDN or what but it’s aggravating. Now I’ve re-upped my support but I can’t get their help desk to update that I have an active purchase code. It shows active… then I return to the forum, and it’s not active. Now I can’t even get a hold of them. Very frustrating.

Hello. I own several licences of your theme. After last WP update something went wrong. It somehow doesn’t recognize Brooklyn’s licence anymore (it’s yellow on Brooklyn Panel). I’ve tried to revoke and register again each licence but the problem persists. I’m facing this problem on Brooklyn v4.9.7.1. Meanwhile I have this message on my panel “You have version 4.9.7.1 installed. Update to 4.9.7.1”

I also love the theme, but yes, indeed, the customer support is extremely poor.
I’m still waiting for an answer to an important problem. The support answered first time (of course, not fast at all) but without solving the problems… And after I replayed nothing….. I’m still waiting…

I have one more question, the animation with the text on the home page of the theme 44 work well on the desktop, but on the mobile as the some of the text are smaller that make it write on 2 lines, then a longer text come and make the text on 3 lines and make the reading experience bad as he have a jump each time that change the text.
Do you have a CSS library for this kind of “ issues ”?
