On the same ‘Portfolio Studio’ template, I am trying to change the background color for the 2nd / 3rd / 4th section [those which display Case 1, 2, 3]. After I change the bg color [to any color] in the row options, the new color is not displayed at all and returns to red and the color transition animation between sections disappears. Any recommendations?
Hello, the only recommendation I can give is to provide your page url. If you simply changed the background color of the row there’s no reason why it doesn’t change, it is a very basic feature. I am having a conflict when using the Overlay Search Bar.
It seems that the way the theme is currently coded is to have the Search Bar being loaded in the background when the page loads (hidden until the Search Icon is selected to show the overlay).
This is causing issues with another plugin. Is there anyway to have the Search Bar load after the Search Icon is selected? Is there a custom JS line you can provide to accomplish this?
Hi squaretac! The Overlay Search Bar is not jut part of the page, it’s not loaded in the background when the page loads, and there is not a quick code we can suggest to remove it from the page and load it in a second moment, sorry.

This is not something that as changed, in fact, it’s not supposed to work the way you expect also with an old version of Uncode. Anyway did you test the code we suggested?

I tested your code and it only works a little bit on the “home” image, not the “contact” page. The image does not fit the height of the window and is not locked so that only the right side scrolls; otherwise, the image has a fixed height and everything is scrolled.

You can recreated this one just modifying the query to “pages” and insert here a page “about”, in case it’s possible to remove the link to that page if you don’t want, but our demo is something techicnally completely differnet from what you have created.

No, it doesn’t seem right. It should fit the height of the device as on desktop.
The codes don’t say this, these codes have fixed measure 500 and 900, so it’s impossible they do what you expect. Again, it’s another time related to custom modifications requests.

Hello, thank you for the question, but, if I have understood correctly, it is not possibile: when you switch between variants, only the first image changes its url according with the selected variant, the further thumbs added to the product gallery remain the same. Maybe a good JS developer it would be able to implement something like that though.
Hi, I have a problem with the theme but they can’t contact you for assistance because my support has expired but this is a problem that includes the functions of the theme. Practically the theme, in the pages of WooCommerce for product management, loads them all together (and not a little at a time) making the pages very slow, almost impossible to open. Yes! my problem is this. I’m trying to insert the name of the taxonomy to show in the “post type” “product” but the wheel loads empty and the category that interests me does not appear. Hi Enrichetto! No other users reported something similar, and if you copied the correct ID the Posts module will display the correct product category, we are sorry but from here we cannot understand what you are missing on why the default taxonomy features don’t work.

I cleared Nginx cache, wprocket, cloudflare, OPcache and tried it in another browser. Still happening. What can I do?
Without seeing your site it’s impossible to tell, but UNCODE.initCursor is a new feature of the new version and when I saw this it was always 100% cache bound (in this I consider that you don’t have strange plugins or configurations that could create a problem, but I trust that you have disabled all the extras first).

One of the websites doesn’t have the error ( https://undsgn.d.pr/cB4NAd ) so it’s cache related on your side. The other website still have some Cloudflare cache services, we see from the code ( https://undsgn.d.pr/j6KaAh ).

I understand that the self-hosted videos won’t play on mobile/tablet, as they do on desktop.
Is there a way to hide a section on mobile that we want in desktop? As in, leave the video in the section, but have it disabled for tablet/mobile?
I’d like to use a similar section on mobile, but have it not available on desktop, so that I can offset the section.
Any ideas?
When I go to turn off the mobile and tablet in the Responsive tab, it literally just blanks the screen starting at that row/section and disables the remainder of the website.

Knowing that WordPress phasing out the classic editor and such, will WPBakery still be fully functional including the classic editor and widgets in the future? I have numerous sites that use the Uncode theme which I LOVE. I really don’t like block editors. I much prefer the control that WPBakery provides. Just a concerned Uncode theme user hoping that nothing will change!
Hi mwfinteractive! At the moment WordPress has decided to continue to support the Classic Editor and leave it embedded in the core product, contrary to what was previously communicated. So there are no concerns at the moment that the Classic Editor is no longer part of WordPress. Moreover, there is an official plugin that re-ability the functionality. Saying that there is no reason to worry!

Hi mwfinteractive! The good thing about the Block Editor is that it is common to all and in the future, if it is well evolved, it will replace all Page Builders. But it’s still very early days for that
wonder in post module, how do you use dynamic query and get the cross sells products? seems it can only get the up-sells product but not the cross sells product. And setting Product Attribute to cross sells doesn’t help at all.

I don’t believe its a bug. I have followed that guide. In the post module, under Dynamic Query Type, there is only 3 options: Default, Related and Up-Sells. So Cross-Sells is never in the Dynamic Query. In your guide, Cross-sells is in product attribute, which is not dynamic. So I believe its a design issue for the post module.

1- Status- This is very important, a User should be able to set up a status manually for their profile, for example, Red, Yellow or Green…, and before they set change the status, they have to put in a comment which will be mandatory for example why they are changing it to Red.
2- Need to have multiple user types, for example Organization or Individual, and some of the feature and fields would be available based on type of user they are ( Organization or Individual)
3- Near by integration, for example for a organization user type, i want to display 5 specific clothing stores near by on their profile page.
4- Then Landing page should like a dashboard report, which will display the users in the red status followed by yellow and green for example, and these users display would be defaulted based on the visitors region, and they should be able to filter it or modify the dashboard based on the region they select.
