Trying to find how to add a Youtube video on BG in header. Saw that in previous comments you offered example pages which don’t work anymore (the comments were from 5 years ago). Is this option still possible?
Also – let’s take for example the classic saas page – there is a ‘play video’ button which opens a video; but when I’m editing the link on that button – your default video plays. Where it can be changed?

Just to understand correctly – in the media lightbox I will insert the video (uploaded in the wordpress). But I am looking to insert a Youtube video Link (as my video has >250MB).
Once I remove the placeholder video from the lightbox and insert a link on the button, once pressed – the button redirects to youtube; I am looking to open the video in the site.
There are two scenarios I am looking to reproduce:
1. Have a Youtube video play in the background on the header of the page (Example: classic restaurant page)
2. Have a youtube play in a window when the icon is pressed (Example: https://prnt.sc/1u855md)
Can you please help me clarify these 2 aspects?

Is there a way for me to make a portfolio posts featured image a video? My client has asked me to embed videos in the homepage and we’d like to do this using the portfolio post type ideally (so we have a chronological archive of videos in date order as the customer uploads them).

In the Portfolio Pages you need to insert the video in the Page Media ( https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214002805 ), and in the Posts Module in the tab Module > Elements > Media, you need to be sure to see Original and not Poster (https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213456829#&gid=1&pid=6). This should do the trick.

Hi nader-amer! You have an old version of Uncode, and so an old version of the Portfolio Studio You need to update Uncode, delete this page (delete completely, not just insert in the Trash), and import this layout again from the Selective Import when you have the new version of Uncode installed.

Hello, please, try to switch your child theme off for a while and check if the problem persists: since 2.4.0 we have introduced some changes to the behaviour of the burger menu. If you have made any customisations (especially to the functions contained in the files “partials/menu.php” and “partials/headers.php”) you will probably have to adapt them to the update.

Hello, it seems a limitation of WPBakery actually, the same issues happens with a default theme and no plugin installed other than the original version of WPBakery: you can’t save main Rows as templates, and in general container element (like Inner Rows, Columns, Sections) are saved without any module inside them. The strange look of the saved inner row is due to the fact no columns are saved into it, but if you try to add something you can do it. Columns behave worse, unfortunately, as you can see in the video. Please, have a look: https://undsgn.d.pr/o9y7h1
We will contact WPBakery about this, but we cannot guarantee that they will intervene: probably the functionality of saving templates wants to be avoided for container elements.

Well, actually you can save an entire row as Wireframe Template, and maybe drag from there the inner row where you prefer: https://undsgn.d.pr/Orh6h1 Hope this can helps.
I figured out a solution where I can recreate the inner row content in a general row in a Content Block. I can then insert the content as a Content Block onto any page.
Basically you need to create the row layout/stying/settings that match the inner row you have, then just move the individual blocks of content over to the new general row.
It’s tedious but it works!

I’m already using the “Checkout” content module, but that seems to only allow me to change width, padding, text styles etc. It doesn’t have a tab for the “Order Received” page for further customization.
What about changing the position of the Order Details (as a sidebar for example)? Adding a “Back to shop” link?

Hi ianpham85! No sorry, as explained this is a default of WooCommerce, there is not a quick trick we can suggest, in case you need to create your own page via code from the Child Theme.
Hey there, How are you doing? My support has expired, but I found some weird bug in the theme when Safari’s reader mode function on. If I use the “list of posts” feature, it doesn’t appears in the safari’s reader mode. Instead, it’s just displaying 1 title without the other titles and texts.

As already explained two months ago when you complained about a minor space between elements in the Reader view ( https://themeforest.net/comments/27067783 ), this is not something up the developers, since it’s the Reader itself that render the page, and it’s not possible act in any way on this. It renders the page based on presets. Here an example taken from Avada (the most popular themes of all times): https://undsgn.d.pr/aN1FMO
So as already explained, this is not something we can help you with. Anyway let’s say that this feature was designed by engineers to make it easier to read text articles and not index pages like the one you sent us.
Hey! Yes I understand it, but it really should not look like that. But I have another solution – in some pages, like homepage, the reader mode does not work at all… maybe because it detects that the content is not suited for reader mode. Maybe it’s possible to make this list he same way, so the reader mode will not work at all. I’m ok if it would not display at all because the content is not suit for this style, but it can’t just display 1 title out of many and without anything else… something is not set properly. I know that there are options to control some code so it will affect reader mode, maybe you should do it in all the features that are not suitable for it.
It’s the Reader that decides when it can run or not, from what I know it’s based on the amount of text, so of course, you can remove the text from this page and try not to run it. Once again we repeat: it’s not Uncode that creates some error so you only see a title, it’s a Reader problem, in fact, also Avada or other sites have the same problem. So please don’t say “something is not set properly”, since we all know that something is not working, but this is happens on Apple’s part.
Hi! I’m trying to delete uncode demo images from wordpress media page, but it’s not working.. I’ve tried using the “delete demo media” on the import demo session, bulk selecting and deleting one by one on the media page, but they always seem to come back. How could i delete them, please?
Hi iqmartins! These are not the demo images from the Demo Contents, these are the images needed by the Wireframes plugin, if you don’t want them you can use an hook to avoid the plugin imports it. Extremely disappointed I have used these theme multiple times in the past but the latest version comes with so many stupid bugs, that I had to reinstall 4 times and ran out of licenses. Do not understand how is that it now has problems with Icons displaying like squares in Chrome and there is no way to change these issue. It wasn’t a problem in the past. Bad UX and Bad Customer experience

Hi, I am looking for a woocommerce theme that has a filter that filters by stock. Hi KindtrEpreNeur, and sorry for the delay! If these are normal blog articles (not pages created with the Page Builder), these plugins should work as expected. I remember from the past these kinds of plugins have some issues with Page Builders generated content.
