a. Confirm the folder structure is correct in BuddyPress by saving WP admin – Settings – BuddyPRess – Components.
b. Set a default profile avatar at WP admin – WPLMS – BuddyPress – Default profile avatar.
Please clear cache , logout and relogin. Optionally simply reassign a new image and check if it clears. Is service worker enabled ?

I saw a mention about WPLMS Plugin in the Item page.
1.) Does this mean that I can get a standalone WPLMS Plugin instead of WPLMS theme?
2.) Is it possible to change from WPLMS theme to WPLMS plugin? Since I do not use any feature except Units and Courses, I would like a LMS plugin than a theme.

1. Yes, this is possible. Many users are already using WPLMS Plugin with Astra, Avada, GeneratePress, Kadence & Enfold themes.
2. Yes, the WPLMS plugin works independently as well with any theme.

b. Yes, there will be minor css changes. If you are using Elementor based course layouts, course cards, member cards & directories there should be no impact.

Hi , I have been using ur two licence from long time. U r upgrading your features but with upgrade u r leaving troubles also.
As I explained u earlier that there is issue in importing math equations in mcqs , this is not resolved in reality in any update but u claimed that it was resolved.
2. While using quiz without login there is appearing something missing on that page. No proper timing no start button etc is there.
3. New update has issue in android 11 devices. I already told u about that but no solution is there in updates
4. While selling quiz only we added sell quiz plugin but price of quiz not shown there . Simply there is button showing login to start quiz. Why??
These are the issues related to functioning of theme. I am not asking u any type of extra customization.

U have to understand my issues. I cannot buy new support plan again and again for these problems related to updats of ur theme.

menu bug:
if i am admin and this menu is not ticked https://prnt.sc/1t4ncer then no menu appears in profile menu/ logged in menu.
if it is ticked https://prnt.sc/1t4ncer then parent and admin will see the same menu. no matter you have enabled member type :: parent menu.
it overwrite the member type menu too.
parent sees what admin sees. like all menus

Thank you, from the description this may be an issue because both administrator and parent are not student or instructor and the menus will default to the default VibeBP menus. The quick fix would be to enable Member types and set a member type for the parents. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53HIhssXBVI
i tried with member type which is parent. the default https://prnt.sc/1t4ncer setting override the member type menu.
can you check this?? i am sorry to say but i am very very very disappointed with the support. especially with veronica. like i have told 1000 times she don’t even read whats written. she replies whatever she wants too.
what’s my observation “support members are not solution-oriented. they dont give a try to understand whats the client’s requirement. they just reply once in 24 hours and then delay the process for 7 days for a simple solution”.
this irritates us very much and sometimes we feel revengeful. i have total 26 wplms licence. i could give you 26 negative comments on envato rating. this will surely impact your sales.

Hi I have done the same but I cannot see the name of sections on top as shown in previous screenshot earlier. Example: there are 4 sections: English, Reasoning, Maths, GK All 4 sections should be shown on top of test when attempting. If a person is doing English section then section name should be highlighted.
