Hello! Please help me in 1 thing, really important. When I open the My Account navigation page, the menu contains “PayPal payments” option, after the log out (in the last row). It isn’t neccesary for my webshop, and I want to delete it, but it isn’t possible. Please give me an advice, what I have to do… Really thanks for everyone…

I purchased this item on February and never registered before. Now I’m trying to complete registration and I can’t. There is no way to communicate with you as i need to renew support service. That’s pitty that i have to renew licence to complete product registration.

When you have an error with the registration you should have an error message. Please copy the exact words. There is no error. All required setting are “green”. All other plugins disabled.
Did you check if the problem is one described in the article above? Did you test another browser or in Incognito?

Hi! I would like to have in the accordion of the Product Stacked other dinamic texts(other than excerpts or description). Can i use Custom Fields to do that? Can i insert a text from a custom field by id? Or have to use some plugin like Snippet. . (i’m afraid of using some kind of plugin like Advanced Custom Fields because of some troubles with WPML). I have a question. I know I don’t have support right now, but I think I found a bug.
I created a portfolio article with the Page Builder. I also used the portfolio details in the theme options and created some fields for them.
If I now deactivate the portfolio details layout in the individual portfolio, all of the content created with the Page Builder is gone. When I turn it back on, the content is back.
In this context, I don’t understand the PageBuilder element portfolio details either. I thought I could disable the setting in the Theme Options so that the PageBuilder element can place itself somewhere. But it doesn’t work.
Did I not understand the logic or is this a bug?

If you think there is a bug please be more specific and create a bunch of screenshots but I really don’t think it’s a bug since this is how this works from years now.

Hi Swor_Tee! Unfortunately, there is not a quick solution we can suggest for this, you need to find a plugin that works with shortcodes and doesn’t require the original WPBakery.

Hi, We have several websites using uncode. The first one is using an old version of uncode, bought in 2016. The current version of this time is “1.3.3”
We have a problem with sliders. Background images on slides are not displayed. The same happens with the logo image.
Looks like everything is updated, Wordpress, the theme, and all the plugins used on the website.
Could you please check what is wrong? Maybe is a bug in this version?

We are using the vertical text element to insert an email address – looks great on most rows, however, on rows with a gradient as a background colour it uses a weird shade of blue for the text colour… any way of changing that? It looks great when on dark/light rows but it uses the blue for some reason on gradient rows:

Try first to disable all extra plugins. If this doesn’t help send us a screenshot of the Chrome Developers Tools > Console so we can read possible errors, the theme version you have.

I updated the theme and wordpress to the latest update, everything was going smoothly, but ti just discovered he shop page is not showing the products and show the error in the image.
For the shop page, i use a content block to have a custom design of the page.

Please deactivate all extra plugins, and deactivate the Child Theme, if you have extra services like Cloudflare you need also to flush the cache from this services.

Hi cha_vitD! This problem can be related to server permissions when the Wireframes plugin tries to import the few placeholder images used for the wireframes. It happened to some users that none of the icons were visible (and in this case it’s related to the server that has to enable the JSON format), but never that only some were visible. It seems that something is partially overwriting the file. Do you have any extra plugins?

Hello, inside the portfolio post type I try to add a background image for a column but unfortunately the image is not visible on the front end.

it is hard to understand what’s wrong from here, without entering your site: we see the same thing you see from incognito mode, of course, since we aren’t logged. However, if I have to point the finger at something, it’s the fact you’re running Uncode 1.9.3 (not updated since 2018) on WordPress 5.8.1.
