Hi, I contacted support over the last few days as I wanted to move my license from an old site to a new site. Unfortunately the old site is still needed so I need to move it back – I unregistered the license code from the new site, but when I try and re-register it on the old site it says I have exceeded the licenses again. Can someone contact me so we can get this resolved and perhaps figure out why the registration/de-registration process isn’t working.

Hi there, just one pre-sales question because I am already running 5 websites with uncode but: As it seems with uncode I cant add a sidebar to portfolio – single page. This would be a knockout because I want to use it for products. So if I cant add a category side bar to the single – portfolio it would be very bad. Thank you very much.
Hi tomathen! With the Uncode default portfolio template you cannot add a sidebar, but you can always create a custom layout with the Dynamic Elements, and insert a Widgetised Sidebar in this custom layout. I hope these helps:

Thanks so much for the quick answer. And yes you are right and I already tried this opiton. But unfortunately creating a custom sidebar, in uncode there is no option for the portfolio categories. Choosing the only option “categories” brings up the news categories and not the portfolio categories. So also with the dynamic elements in a content block it does not work, unfortunately.
You mean that there is not a Portfolio Category Widget? No there is not this module. What I don’t understand is why you have to use the Portfolio if you have to create products since you can also create custom layouts for these and if you don’t need the shop you can use the Catalog: https://undsgn.com/uncode/uncode-woocommerce-theme/

I want to develop a website that must be accessible. I am looking for a WCAG compliant theme (over 2.1). I was wondering if I can work with Uncode theme and achieve what I need to do (with the help of a plugin that enables accessibility on a website).
For example, in case I have font A for headings, font B for paragraphs and orange as the site’s main color, will I be able to edit these options via an accessibility plugin?

Hi Kaguloans! The problem seems to be the logo in WebP format, can you please try a standard image format or use an SVG instead? I’m not sure if you wanted it with this format or it’s your caching plugin that created it since I see several modified codes.

Does this only work with the new JS Composer (used to be WP Bakery Pagebuilder)? Won’t work with Elementor? I haven’t had great experiences with WP bakery.

Hi cha_vitD! Do you refer to the Wireframe? Anyway, please note that possible issue with contact forms not working are not related to the theme. Uncode applies only a few presentational styles to integrate the design, all the functionalities are reverted to the popular Contact Form 7 plugin. In case you can deactivate Uncode and test the shortcode on the default WordPress theme, here you can test if the error persist. In case our suggestion is to left the default theme installed, and show this to your host.

Hello! Please help me in 1 thing, really important. When I open the My Account navigation page, the menu contains “PayPal payments” option, after the log out (in the last row). I purchased this item on February and never registered before. Now I’m trying to complete registration and I can’t. There is no way to communicate with you as i need to renew support service. That’s pitty that i have to renew licence to complete product registration.

When you have an error with the registration you should have an error message. Please copy the exact words. There is no error. All required setting are “green”. All other plugins disabled.
Did you check if the problem is one described in the article above? Did you test another browser or in Incognito?

Hi! I would like to have in the accordion of the Product Stacked other dinamic texts(other than excerpts or description). Can i use Custom Fields to do that? Can i insert a text from a custom field by id? Or have to use some plugin like Snippet. . (i’m afraid of using some kind of plugin like Advanced Custom Fields because of some troubles with WPML). I have a question. I know I don’t have support right now, but I think I found a bug.
I created a portfolio article with the Page Builder. I also used the portfolio details in the theme options and created some fields for them.
If I now deactivate the portfolio details layout in the individual portfolio, all of the content created with the Page Builder is gone. When I turn it back on, the content is back.
In this context, I don’t understand the PageBuilder element portfolio details either. I thought I could disable the setting in the Theme Options so that the PageBuilder element can place itself somewhere. But it doesn’t work.
Did I not understand the logic or is this a bug?

If you think there is a bug please be more specific and create a bunch of screenshots but I really don’t think it’s a bug since this is how this works from years now.

Hi Swor_Tee! Unfortunately, there is not a quick solution we can suggest for this, you need to find a plugin that works with shortcodes and doesn’t require the original WPBakery.
