Hi,

I have updated to the latest version, but the sticky menu on mobile doesn’t work. In the uncode options, I have chosen sticky menu, but nothing happens.

is this normal?

Hi mac_fly! In a few days we’ll publish a new major update, this issue should be part of the fixes, before test be sure to have deleted any kind of cache (from possible cache plugins, to device cache).

Hi there, I’m using your awesome color change feature for the backgrounds of my website. Unfortunately, the feature does not seem to work on content blocks on product detail pages. I’ve set everything up, put a color to change at the background, but it just shows up a split second and then is going to white background again. Disabled all plugins already, did not work. It’s working great on all other pages, except the product detail pages. Do you guys know how to fix this? Thanks & Best, Henning

You can insert a code like this but then you have to apply a color to each section of your page:

How do I know that the privacy plugin from Uncode is really working and blocking the facebook pixel or Google Analytics? For example, when I enter my website as a user and I do not activate google analytics in my preferences seems that GA keeps collecting the geolocation data etc… because when I see google analytics page in real time I can see the geolocation and if they are using desktop or mobile so finally the privacy plugin is not blocking that code. Do you know how to proper set this up? I didn´t find too much information in the uncode help folder neither in the video they have in youtube. Site: ultrazonicmag.com

Hi, I made a Content block that with a “Posts Element” dynamically calls all related articles and I set it in Theme option / Archives / Posts / Content, but when I view all the archive contents of a tag it only displays the posts of 1 category.

Unfortuantely, we don’t have other similar reports, if there is a problem with the Theme Options and the latest update, here you should rad thousand of similar comments (moreover, the latest big update was published several months ago). Probably it’s more something related to server resources, and you note only now.

Is it possible with uncode to create a search bar for products? I dont mean the icon the appears in the menu but an actual block (cant see anything in wireframes). Like what appears on this page https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/classic-help-center/ but for products rather than pages/posts.

We see that you don’t have only Uncode plugins from your screenshot and checking the website code. Anyway, there is something that is injecting some strange characters in the code but from here we cannot help more. Please follow the three steps advices of the previous reply, and if nothing helps and you need our help open a private ticket (note that we are closing our office for today so we cannot reply more until tomorrow here).

Hello! I have a big problem with the variable products page. The menu, where I can choose the options, it isn’t visible, because the the text is white in the drop-down menu. This problem is only on PC (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge too), but on mobile works good. Hey, for me it is not possible to import any demo layouts. It always says “Ooops, the Demo Content couldn’t be imported all in once”.

All my status fields are green and all plugins are disabled beside the core ones.

I only want to import a single layout but its the same error for every import (menu, widgets, ...). There is no JS error or something else just getting this error nearly instant after clicking “import layout”.

I already redownloaded the theme and reinstalled it and followed the steps provided on you Docs but still the same error..

Any idea what it could be? Server is a vHost..

Hi! I’ve noticed an issue after last update with Mega Menu: long menu titles do not wrap the text in a second line but they continue in single line on the right overlapping the text in the column on the side.

FYI

I’ve solved the issue by forcing this:

ul.menu-smart li.menu-item > a { white-space: nowrap; }

into this:

ul.menu-smart li.menu-item > a { white-space: break-spaces; }

Hi guys,

I have installed your theme in 2018. It always worked fine. Today I wanted to change some things, but now the logo isn’t displayed anymore, just the alt text (Chrome). In Safari the menu is not displayed anymore. And I can only edit the pages using blocks, not with WP Bakery anymore. Version 10.0 of Uncode is installed, all plugins are updated and I have updated the PHP version to 7.4. Can you help me to fix these bugs?

Hi Valentinea21! The erro message you have also suggest to you to “Unregister, and register the theme again”. Did you test this? You have Error 23 when there is a possible migration, so you need to register the theme again on this new domain.
