Hi I’m having an issue with Bridge Update. I’m using full width templates and content in grid. When updating Bridge all in grid contents turns full width.

If the update is performed correctly you should not encounter any issues, so please check if you have updated the latest version of the theme and its plugins. I bought a bridge theme a while ago and I’ve used it on 1 site of mine that I don’t have anymore. I lost access to it.
I’m trying to register my bridge theme in another domain but is there saying is already taken. I don’t have my old domain anymore and I can’t remove it the old registration.

i have an old version 16 and the new update breaks the website 
i cant find any tutorial that explains how to update the theme without it breaking

Thanks for writing in! As you are using a very old theme you can follow the guidance on how to update the theme and its plugins here.
Also have in mind that Envato Toolkit is an outdated plugin. So, now you should use Envato Market and procedure is pretty much the same.
Please, just go to /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules and remove whole folder envatowordpresstoolkit This is deprecated Envato Toolkit plugin that is replaced with Envato Market plugin.
If you are using child theme be aware of the following and the changes that needs to be done, you can read more about it here.
Because in Bridge 18.0 we had to change function names as per Themeforest request in order to meet their new coding standards, and child theme modifications must reflect these changes since 18.0 Bridge release. If you have modified functions via child theme, you’ll have to rename functions in the child theme in order your child theme to work after the update.

Hello, I need to deregister the theme but if i doing this, breaks the structure of the site where shortcodes were used causing the information not to be displayed or a message like Shortcode doesn’t exist.

If you wish to deregister the theme in order to transfer it to another domain you may do this and once you have migrated the website you can register the theme once again on your live domain.

I understand, but if I have 2 production and development environments, if I deregister one of them, it stops working. One thing is that the same license cannot be active in two or more domains at the same time and another is that when deregistering it stops working. How do I make the deregister work at 99%?

Within our Qode Options > Header > Header top bar you do have an option to enter padding for the top bar.
Also in Qode Options> Header you can set whether you will have your Header in grid or not.

Hope someone can help, I want to make turn off side bar just for category pages from the blog. I read the documentation, search online, search on comments, and I don’t see anything. Right now I don’t have nothing on the side bar, but the category page keeps that empty space from the side bar and is not full width.

My website, CDPBrangus.com, was looking/functioning seemlessly a day or so ago and today when I logged in to edit a page, all of the fonts and section colors were changed and the formatting is all off. It’s as if all the headers and styles were changed back to default. All of my theme plugins and Elementor are updated. I have website backup through my host, I’m not sure if restoring the site from a backup would return it to the previous design elements? Any idea why all of a sudden everything has changed?

Hi- yes that’s not my problem. I’m a php developer so I am aware on how to update a theme. It is updating fine but the whole layout breaks after I’ve finished (theme and all related plugins/no child theme/no plugin conflicts/cache cleared). I’ve honestly tried everything I can think of several times…. it’s since you’ve changed from bakery to elementor? Happy for you to give it a try yourself!

When I try to register Bridge, it just hangs infinitely after I fill in my purchase code, email and click “Register Theme”.
It will just show “Please Wait…” and nothing changes for a long time.

Everything happened after upgrading the Bridge theme, then I can’t activate it, I receive an error message saying: “Code is already registered for other domain”

As already mentioned in our previous comments the theme is not officially compatible with mentioned plugin, but we are not aware of any issues since no one reported any, but when it comes to styling the plugin form theme options, unfortunately you won’t find any options within the theme, because they are not integrated, and you will need to style events with custom css code.
Officially our theme is compatible with Timetable Responsive Schedule.
