Hello! The support period has expired, but you can write. The theme has been in use since 2017, mandatory updates are now needed. The problems are this. I can’t register a purchase on the website and consequently can’t update the plugins. In addition, when updating the theme, the basement, and the header of the site disappear, in the products disappeared recommended products – this is what immediately caught my eye. This is the second update attempt, and it’s all happening again. Rolled back to the old version, purchase registration was successful. How are such issues resolved. Would be grateful for a prompt reply.

Similarly, what kind of error do you get when you try to register the theme? Without detailed information it is really impossible to understand.
The “errors” you report are, as for text, “warnings” and belong to the popular Slider Revolution plugin, so since it is a very famous plugin, probably you have a very old version, or you have an old version of PHP. But as said these are suppositions because there is not really necessary information to understand.
Thank you! Quite right, the version is PHP 7.2 and needs to be updated and after updating you see “warnings” and it’s the Slider Revolution plugin where the version is old too. When trying to update, it asks for purchase registration. Similarly, with these plugins Uncode Page Builder (Visual Composer), WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) Clipboard. On registration. When you enter the code and click on the button, the code itself just disappears. On the old version there are two lines for Envato token and purchase code, but after upgrade the line is only for purchase code. The WordPress version is also outdated, when upgrading to the latest version you can immediately see that the logo has disappeared. What should we do if we can’t do it ourselves so that you can look at the site? Thanks again!
Hi vonadmytra! Probably the logo disappears since you need to update the theme, and all the plugins. Please consult here all the possible causes of problems with the theme registration. I have the last version of Uncode/WP/Plugins, I’ve saved Theme Options, deactivated then reactivated the plugins, cleared my caches, manually reinstalled Uncode. The issue still remain.

Just to add something : it seems to be linked to the lateral menu choice. When I activate horizontal menu, the anchors work well… but it used to work with lateral menu few days ago. And now, each anchor link seem to be placed before its real place (the equivalent size of a row)

Hi mauriciovalle! Unfortunately, we don’t have other users reporting the same problem, and in the latest updates, there are no modifications to the menu area. Anyway, it’s really not possible to understand just in words what can be the possible problem, please at least share the link of your website so we can inspect the page.
PS: We suppose you don’t have a Child Theme with possible code customizations or new extra plugins.

Hello and glad to read you have found it. To clarify: the transparent navbar gets opaque on hover with both megamenu and the normal dropdown; the focus overlay (i.e. a darker layer that makes the dropdown stand out) is only applied to the megamenu dropdown.

In your manuals i can only find , that it is possible to edit the layout for the main category, not for each single category and subcategory. Greetings!

I’m trying to integrate WP Editor into my dashboard, which will be connected to a WordPress website built with your wonderful theme.
Unfortunately I’m facing a bug with the “Add Media” button.

As you can see the error is coming from Liquid framework within the Uncode theme.

Hello, not sure to understand unfortunately: from here it seems a bug in rewriting URLs actually, since Uncode does not use any framework called ‘Liquid’ or load its own version of TinyMCE. Could you elaborate a little what is this “WP Editor” you talk about? TYIA, best

Now I have to make one site in two languages. Technically, it will look like this: - domain.com – main language - 2.domain.com – copy with another language
2.domain.com – here is a complete copy of the main domain but in a different language.These are two copies of WordPress with the only difference in the language of the texts on the site
I am planning to use Uncode. Can I use one license in this case?

About your question: if the second site is an exact copy of the first site, only transposed into a different language, then yes, a single licence is allowed for both sites. Everything had been working perfect till I renewed your theme, now the menue is shown different on different pages (how is it possible?), also I can’t upload videos and I tried to upload new and old videos which were in the library. Also I tried to add the new sections on the page and it also is added only in backed but when I renew modifications, I don’t see any changes on website. I cleaned cash already, what should I do???

We cannot debug from here why you cannot upload videos, but it seems a problem with the server, what happens if you disable Uncode and you try with the default WordPress theme? This is a necessary test.

Hello Uncode team, Paypal contacted me that I have to install their current plugin (PayPal Express Checkout Payment Gateway for WooCommerce) as the old one runs out. I did the settings, activated it and it shows up correctly at the checkout page. The problem is, when the user choose PayPal, the button “Place Order” doesn’t dissapear. So I would have 2 buttons now, one “Place Order” and one with “PayPal”. I talked with PayPal and they told me that I need to get in touch with the theme developer and that the “Place Order” button should automatically dissapear once the user choose Paypal. Thanks for your help.

Because when we install the plugin (with Storefront, default WooComemrce theme) we see the buttons at the top of the checkout page and the “Place Order” button visible. Hi, nice theme. Just updated to last version and everything is perfect. Just one question about bakery visual composer. I was using the product_categories shortcode, and now I see it’s not working in the backend in order to edit it, but it’s working on the frontend…. I saw a function in plugins/uncode-core/includes/vc_extend/woocommerce/init.php that removes some legacy blocks. Does this means that this block will be removed in the future? For now I just commented the block to be not removed but I will need to look for another way of achieving the same result.
When you have a list of posts in the mobile version, it leaves so much padding left and right. The post itself with its content is weirdly narrow in comparison. There’s only room for 3-4 words per row in the excerpt and it’s a puzzle to read it. Is this Uncodes choice of design? I’m trying to change the padding and spaces settings everywhere I can (in the row, in the post settings, in the columns, with css), but it seems to be impossible to adjust.

Maybe you have created something particular with the Page Builder or you have some odd settings, anyway, without a link to your website, and a link to that specific page is really not possible to help, sorry.

First of all, thank you for this fantastic theme that I have been using for 4 years for many clients.
I have a major problem in the theme options with version 2.5.0.3:
Every time I make changes in the theme options, it seems that the content block is not properly memorized and I lose the header and footer on all my pages.
Theme options > Single > Posts and pages > Header > Content Block
Theme options > General > Footer > Content Block
For info, I use WPML, Cloudflare and WP Rocket. I don’t know if this has an impact.
Another question: how can we have noopener and noreferrer on “social medias” links my external link

Your version of JQuery in the UnCode Core is not compatible with the version that ships with WP 5.5+. This causes problems, most importantly to me: the WPBakery frontend editor doesn’t work, which makes using this theme a pain in the butt. Can you please update the JQuery? I have a client that is too invested in your theme for me to change it, so now I have to use a plug-in called JQuery Migrate to roll back the JQuery version while I edit and then turn it off when I’m done so the rest of the site doesn’t break. Can you give us a timeline of when the Uncode Core will be updated with the latest JQuery version?
Hi Pirate727! Unfortunately, we don’t have other users that complaint problems with the latest version of WordPress, and actually we are all using Uncode with WordPress 5.8.2. At the same time we don’t have users that complaint problems with the Frontend Editor, otherwise here you should read thousand of similar comments, but as you can see this is not the same. Maybe your client has a very old version of the theme.
