Thanks for your fast and nice support! Before I am going to purchase i want to check one thing, which is quite important to us: is it possible to design the layouts of each single category? In your manuals i can only find , that it is possible to edit the layout for the main category, not for each single category and subcategory. Greetings!

Hi Waldsamkeit! No sorry, it’s not possible to design each category with a different layout. It’s really something not very common.

Hey again, How are you doing? :) I’m trying to integrate WP Editor into my dashboard, which will be connected to a WordPress website built with your wonderful theme. Unfortunately I’m facing a bug with the “Add Media” button. Here is a screenshot of the error: https://ibb.co/jMdfky7. As you can see the error is coming from Liquid framework within the Uncode theme. After checking the source of this page we found that it’s related to tinymce which is integrated into the theme. Hello, not sure to understand unfortunately: from here it seems a bug in rewriting URLs actually, since Uncode does not use any framework called ‘Liquid’ or load its own version of TinyMCE. Could you elaborate a little what is this “WP Editor” you talk about? TYIA, best :-)

Hey! I have been using your theme for several years now and I really like it. It gets better and better with every update.

Now I have to make one site in two languages. Technically, it will look like this: - domain.com – main language - 2.domain.com – copy with another language

2.domain.com – here is a complete copy of the main domain but in a different language.These are two copies of WordPress with the only difference in the language of the texts on the site

I am planning to use Uncode. Can I use one license in this case?

About your question: if the second site is an exact copy of the first site, only transposed into a different language, then yes, a single licence is allowed for both sites. However, if you have any problems registering the licence, please contact us privately and we will try to figure out how to proceed.

Good evening! Everything had been working perfect till I renewed your theme, now the menue is shown different on different pages (how is it possible?), also I can’t upload videos and I tried to upload new and old videos which were in the library. Also I tried to add the new sections on the page and it also is added only in backed but when I renew modifications, I don’t see any changes on website. I cleaned cash already, what should I do???

We cannot debug from here why you cannot upload videos, but it seems a problem with the server, what happens if you disable Uncode and you try with the default WordPress theme? This is a necessary test.

Hello! Is possibile to have tags in the post grid? I see that in post elements is possibile to activate only categories. thank you

I mean, I see that if Default meta is active it shows categories mixed with tags. But I would like the same option present for the category element that allows you to shot it, for example, on the top corner of the image

Hello Uncode team, Paypal contacted me that I have to install their current plugin (PayPal Express Checkout Payment Gateway for WooCommerce) as the old one runs out. I did the settings, activated it and it shows up correctly at the checkout page. The problem is, when the user choose PayPal, the button “Place Order” doesn’t dissapear. So I would have 2 buttons now, one “Place Order” and one with “PayPal”. I talked with PayPal and they told me that I need to get in touch with the theme developer and that the “Place Order” button should automatically dissapear once the user choose Paypal. Thanks for your help.

Because when we install the plugin (with Storefront, default WooComemrce theme) we see the buttons at the top of the checkout page and the “Place Order” button visible. Hi, nice theme. Just updated to last version and everything is perfect. Just one question about bakery visual composer. I was using the product_categories shortcode, and now I see it’s not working in the backend in order to edit it, but it’s working on the frontend…. I saw a function in plugins/uncode-core/includes/vc_extend/woocommerce/init.php that removes some legacy blocks. Does this means that this block will be removed in the future? For now I just commented the block to be not removed but I will need to look for another way of achieving the same result.

When you have a list of posts in the mobile version, it leaves so much padding left and right. The post itself with its content is weirdly narrow in comparison. There’s only room for 3-4 words per row in the excerpt and it’s a puzzle to read it. Is this Uncodes choice of design? I’m trying to change the padding and spaces settings everywhere I can (in the row, in the post settings, in the columns, with css), but it seems to be impossible to adjust.

First of all, thank you for this fantastic theme that I have been using for 4 years for many clients.

I have a major problem in the theme options with version 2.5.0.3:

Every time I make changes in the theme options, it seems that the content block is not properly memorized and I lose the header and footer on all my pages.

Theme options > Single > Posts and pages > Header > Content Block

Theme options > General > Footer > Content Block

For info, I use WPML, Cloudflare and WP Rocket. I don’t know if this has an impact.

Another question: how can we have noopener and noreferrer on “social medias” links my external link

Your version of JQuery in the UnCode Core is not compatible with the version that ships with WP 5.5+. This causes problems, most importantly to me: the WPBakery frontend editor doesn’t work, which makes using this theme a pain in the butt. Can you please update the JQuery? I have a client that is too invested in your theme for me to change it, so now I have to use a plug-in called JQuery Migrate to roll back the JQuery version while I edit and then turn it off when I’m done so the rest of the site doesn’t break. Can you give us a timeline of when the Uncode Core will be updated with the latest JQuery version?

Hi Pirate727! Unfortunately, we don’t have other users that complaint problems with the latest version of WordPress, and actually we are all using Uncode with WordPress 5.8.2. At the same time we don’t have users that complaint problems with the Frontend Editor, otherwise here you should read thousand of similar comments, but as you can see this is not the same. Maybe your client has a very old version of the theme.

Hi, My website said my purchase code was invalid (it isn’t) and when I updated it, since I have no visual builder functionality. i have cleared my browser cache, website cache and disabled and reinstalled everything possible and still not able to get it going again. Hi, I have a problem with registration – the client lost their domain and I will be recreating the website from a backup. Hi there! Im testing wordpress multisite with subdomains. Is possible to use multiple child themes for each subsite? Changing logo, colors, etc. from theme options? If not, i would have to upload multiple parent themes? Thank you

Hi andoooni! You cannot change these things from Child themes, at least you need a network installation. If you are on the same domain you can install the theme multiple times. Please note anyway that if you need to create different websites (for different products) you need a dedicated license for each of these websites.

The frontend editor and portfolio pages aren’t showing after the update. It’s just blank. Is this a known issue? I have reinstalled both themes and wordpress and removed all code.
