Iam having hard time working with your theme and i might just drop it.
If my issues are not resolved then please refund me my money
For example the “about us” page is just messed up and even i cant edit the menus as the items keep disappearing,
I have enabled all the menu items, but they dont appear like i the demo
for the footer, whenever i refresh the website, the social media handles disappear, they are on and off and i dont want that to happen.
, i need a fix and make sure the theme works like the demo otherwise refund my money as its broken.
I tried disabling and enabling elementor, everything is not working
What a pathetic customer support the theme developer has, reached out for help and outlined my issues in a ticket summited, no response and yet they claim to be online. The menus wont load even after claiming that the demo data importer was fixed, there is no option to edit the headers in elementor, some pages didn’t load in the demo content. All this has not been address despite opening a ticket and waiting.
Am not surprised their customer policy states that ” 2. If you are not willing to provide your site access/minimum permitted access required to solve you issue, then please don`t waste our time. We can not solve any live site issue by just hearing/reading it.” PAY ATTENTION!!!!!! to DONT WASTE OUR TIME

Is there a reason as to why when i try to edit the sidebar of my website the donation page, it doesn’t turn out like in the demo?
This is one of the many issues i have pointed out on this theme.
I have really struggled with this theme and much as i have not made a decision for a refund, its getting frustrating that i have to spend many hours figuring out stuff. We pay money for convinience.
Upload a theme that is ready to use instead of making people pay a lot of money for something that is a pain to edit.
What is in the demo is not what is imported in the demo content.

Hi, the sidebar of your website donation page is not like the demo because you are not using the appropriate widgets for the themes. In the widgets we used the custom html for the widgets for the custom design in the sidebar. Thank you, SmartDataSoft Team
I also edited the same custom HTML that you used and it didnt work, got fed up of your theme and requesting a refund of my money. Bought a better more user friendly theme and saved myself a lot of time
, got frustrated with lack of support, i bought another theme and no longer using your theme, stop lying on the ticket that you fixed my issue, you didn’t fix anything, get me my money back as i deleted your theme and not using it

You may be mixes up edit is possible but structure chnagel is not possible m Thank you
So, If I have some ACF field want to put into the Campaign page template. It is not possible to do it with elementor. Only can be achieve directly modify the php from child theme. Right?
Sorry we didn’t use acf and not able to guide you about that. You can check charitable plugin how to modify their template via elementor

Yes you can do that. All demo home page are from same theme.

You can add other payment option by using the plugins which are supported by the Charitable plugin. because we used charitable plugin for the donations.
