After today’s update of woocommerce there are extra add-to-cart buttons displayed on shop page. I think this should always be handled by support and not make me buy AGAIN the same theme.
Hi martinus101! First of all support expiration is one of the policy of the marketplace you have accepted by the moment you buy an item, so you cannot complain about this. Moreover this is not something we invented for Uncode but it’s the same for all Envato Market themes. Here you can ask for quick support, otherwise an user can renew the support period, but as already told these are the Envato Market policies valid for all themes.
Anyway, we don’t have other similar reports from all our users that use WooCommerce, and we are also not able to replicate in all our installations (developers checked now for you), so please be sure it’s not related to some possible Child Theme modifications or related to some possible extra plugins.
I meant, if this turns out to be a theme issue (shop and other pages), then it would be strange to pay again. But I also asked woocommerce a response. For now I have function remove_add_to_cart_buttons on shop and archive page. And from the post module I can display add to cart on the pictures.

Hello! If you mean here https://undsgn.d.pr/jAnO59 the informations are actually there, just hidden for layout reasons. You can make them visible through CSS and, if you need to edit their markup, edit the file uncode/woocommerce/single-product/rating.php in the child theme.

By the way, this is support. You are not able to reset your license cause you have installed Uncode too many times. [CHANGING PORTFOLIO CPT BREAKS PORTFOLIO PAGE]
When I go to Theme settings>extra >Portfolio CPT and change the label and slug to “work” the portfolio page breaks because the Post Query builds itself based on “portfolio” slug that does not exist anymore. Using Taxonomy Query instead of Posts does not help. After the change, I get the “Archives Work” page with a large heading that does list portfolio items but is completely different from the page I’ve built.

Not easy to understand just in words, but probably there is a bit of confusion… What you refer (different from the page I’ve built) it’s the WordPress default archive page that you can style from the Theme Options > Portfolio. In fact, if you check this page when you are logged you will not see the Edit Page button ( ex: https://undsgn.d.pr/egRkeJ ) since this is a default archive page. I’ll try to clarify. Changing the Portfolio CPT “portfolio” slug and label in the theme settings breaks the portfolio landing page that should display all my portfolio items. Instead, it displays the default WP archive page you mentioned.
When I revert to the default Portfolio CPT slug: “portfolio” the page is back to normal. I suspect this is because the Query Options of the portfolio landing page recognizes only “Post”, “Page” and “Portfolio” post types and not this newly renamed type?
Hi CasualLeo! This is explained in the video we posted above, there is nothing broken, when you change the portfolio slug this is a reserved word in WordPress for the default archive page.

How to change the skin of the woocommerce products?
It always appears to me as light.
In customize content I selected dark. Inside the product I have also put dark in HTML Body Background I have put black. In Content / Skin I have also put dark. I’ve even changed the general skin light to show dark colors and it still doesn’t work. The pages do appear in dark.
Where is this setting changed?

I’m facing issues in Blog VC Shortcode in Safari browser (Current version: 15.1).
I have a page called “Articles” with a blog section and everything is looking great on every browser and resolution.
I would like to print this page so I click on the “Print” button and a popup is opened, which looks great (https://pasteboard.co/ZwwVbDqYpgyO.png). But – after I close this print popup the whole blog Isotope layout is getting totally broken.

Me and my developer have tried many ways to fix it but we can’t find a solution. We are also not quite sure if the issue is related to Safari, to Isotope or to your theme.
I would not bother you with this unless we also checked the Uncode’s original theme pages, for example the “Blog-Simple” page (https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/blog-simple), and found the same annoying issue.

1. How can I know if I’m using the Parallax effect or not? I can’t find this option on the Blog element’s settings.
2. The “Blog Lateral” does seem to be closer to my style, but you can see some related issue in there too. If you close the print popup the whole content is moving a little bit. Even if it’s a very small change, the fact that it’s indeed changing after closing the print popup might be an indication of the same issue.
3. I also have a Blog that looks like that (https://pasteboard.co/oEIi6wYDGq6D.png), which is very similar to “Blog Masorny” (https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/blog-masonry/). You can see that the issue appear there too – here is a screenshot after closing the print popup: https://pasteboard.co/UlrbORQiUFj6.png (you can see that 1 column is going down to the next row and a big space appears instead).

I tried to add these files into my Uncode’s child theme but I don’t see any difference. They should work on a child theme or I require to replace them inside the main theme? Because if I need to replace them in the main theme the changes might be gone in future updates.

You need to change in the main theme not in the child theme, the files will be part of the next updates (not sure if the next but the big next update for sure).

The only feedback I have is that the page’s cover image is moving down and then fixes itself back up. It’s not that important but if it’s important to you that everything will remain the same you can try to fix it (here is a short video: https://streamable.com/3vrydr).

1. If I open the print box and then close it it’s working great, as per your latest fix. But if I open the print box again the content in the box is changing and getting cut. You can see that in the second screenshot it displays more than 1 post in a row, which cuts the content.

Hi tovbar, and thank you for the report! Honestly, I can’t tell you if we can do this. As we already explained months ago, there is no way to intervene in the print mode, and each browser interprets it in its own way. Anyway, I am sending this report to the developers.

I found a bug with the Content Block, please let me know what you think.
I created a Content Block with dynamic Text Block, so every time I publish a new post the text in there will be integrated into the Text Block.
I tested it and it’s working great (https://pasteboard.co/ESB5xo2zHwiD.png).
Now I want to edit the text, so I go to the post and open the Text Block which was automatically created (https://pasteboard.co/M4yeOJPSJvHt.png), edit the text and save it. Now if I enter the post I see that the text has changed, but the style of the Text Block has changed (https://pasteboard.co/8bolQgoERDy4.png). You can see that the font-size has changed and some spaces were added.
I believe it’s happening because after I edit the text the system automatically added this code: “vc_row[vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”633509”]MY TEXT/vc_column_text[/vc_row]”.
Do you have any idea how to solve it, so the Text Block style will be the same?

Thank you, now it is clear: you don’t need to use the WP Bakery Page Builder, just switch to the classic editor your original post. And however in the documentation (and this seems your case) you can read that “a Text Block module with ‘Get the Content’ option is designed to display an article or page created with the native WordPress editor, and not a page or content built through Page Builder” (scroll down until “Important Notes”: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011223818-Dynamic-Options-and-Modules).

Hello Nellissima and sorry for the issue, but unfortunately no one else has reported this problem so far. If you’re referring to WP Bakery Page Builder’s ability to save templates, you can definitely save both single lines and entire pages, I just checked on our test installations and everything works with the latest versions. Do you have any errors in the browser console? Have you checked that the problem is not caused by extra plugins? Is your installation up to date?

Hi, I hope you are very well. We have been using Uncode for many years for this site. But we detected problems to correctly display the site desktop version in Google Chrome. We found no problems in Firefox, this did not happen before. Everything is up to date. In Chrome desktop, all the contents overlap, it does not manage to automatically adjust the height. Hello! The plugin “MPC Massive Addon” installed on your site seems to add styles to the columns of the Uncode layout and breaks the regular functioning of the theme. For this particular problem I can recommend a CSS snippet:
.mpc-column {
display: table !important;
}
but I can’t guarantee other conflicts with theme styles. Theme styling is jurisdiction of the theme itself, so support is generally not offered for plugins whose intent is to change the theme layout.Best
