Our demo will always be slow as this serve only the purpose of demo and we have not optimized it but seriously try load both URL

You really find it slow as we can not find it slow and when you optimize it with some performance WPRocket plugin, It loads more fast.

still we will consider this and make a copy of the single website by using optimized plugin and check in future release if more demand like this come from users but currently we are not finding any issue in actual loading speed.

There are conflict with other services as this is configuration issue. Recently have you changed anything please revert back those changes on server.

You have purchased the theme in 2018 so there are changes on your server as we are not able to replicate the issue.

Apart from that this is configuration issue not fall in support.
