That is related to Testimonials element on your page. Height is adjusted according to testimonial content. 2 of your testimonials 3 lines and 1 has 2 lines. You could either adjust the content, choose a different style for your Testimonials element or we could provide you custom CSS code to fix the height

Hi, I have Enfold version 4.7.6.4 and want to update it to Version 4.8.9 or any latest version. In the Theme Options > Theme Update, I have added the Envato private token – still I do not see any notification there nor in my Dashboard > Updates for the latest version. Please advise. I want to avoid updating the theme via FTP. Thank you

Could you please install Envato Market plugin – https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/ and check your Personal Token? The issue usually occurs when not all required tokens are enabled. If that is the case, please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5 and regenerate a Personal Token

No, I have to enter the coordinates manually, because if I enter the address and ask for the coordinates, it gives me an error on the api key, but the latter has no problem.

Hello guys, please is it possible to have two elements side by side within the same column. I already have multiple columns within a particular row and I will like to line up two elements side by side within of one the columns. The default behaviour when I add the two elements right now is to place one above the other. That’s not fitting into my design layout, side by side is what I REALLY NEED. Any suggestions please. If the theme allowed to have columns within columns, I guess that would have worked. But at the moment, adding a column within a column is not possible.

Hi, my site was completely broken. After some searching it appeared to be the breadcrumbs. I changed the PHP to the new code provided. Pages work again, with breadcrumb, but the full size background image (with transparent header) on every page is not displayed. Something still is wrong with the breadcrumbs. If I remove the ‘[av_breadcrumbs]’ then the image shows fine.

After applying the latest update ContactForm 7 seems broken. Doesn’t want to send forms. Might also have something to do with WordPress 5.9.

Active plugins: Yoast, Wordfence and Akismet. Disabling them doesn’t do the trick.

I tried sending a mail using Contact Form 7 on my testing installation however it worked so I think it may not be related to WordPress 5.9. To make sure, you can use this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-downgrade/ and downgrade to previous version of WordPress to test it.

Just a heads-up: there’s a .DS_Store file in framework/images/icons/new. Please remember that many clients treat dot-files as hidden, and FTP may not even show them. This often results in “cannot delete: directory not empty” when the client program shows an empty directory, necessitating going into SSH. Please make sure you don’t leave dot-files littering the folders if they’re not strictly necessary. Thanks.

It’s there, trust me.
Keep in mind that under macOS – chances are the contents of the .DS_Store will get rolled into the filesystem’s extra-attributes, so the file itself will probably cease to exist (thereby hiding the problem) once the OS detects and reads it… though it’s not a sure thing.
A good solution to this would be to simply ignore/skip all .DS_Store files when preparing the ZIP download package, but I don’t know if it’s not ThemeForest doing the packaging…

Hi there, I am trying to set up a shop on my website. I have two questions. When you go onto the shop on the site, link is: https://9va.18f.myftpupload.com/shop/ It seems two display the pictures at the top with big grey borders, Where underneath it displays them again properly. How to I get rid of the boxes with the big grey borders? then spread the ones below across the whole page if that makes sense.
Second question is when I try to set up the payments for woocomerce, it doesn’t give me the option of paypal or debit/credit cards. How to I enable them?

Hi there, was there a change in the display of product galley in WooCommerce with last Enfolds theme update? all the products with gallery images attached don’t show the main product image (single product page)..while other products without additional gallery images are show correctly… once I switch in the theme panel from option “WooCommerce 3.0” gallery to ‘Enfold product gallery’ everything’s shows correctly again… I just need to understand if this a bug while using the other option or if this is something you are phasing out… thanks

Only WooCommerce related change in the last update was a fix related to cart function. I checked WooCommerce 3.0 product gallery option on my local installation however it works fine on my end. Since we have not received reports from other users, I believe this might be related to something specific to your installation.

The version you are using is very old and is not compatible with current version of WordPress and your PHP version. Enfold 4.8.8.1 is compatible with PHP 8.0. Updating the theme to the latest version would fix the issue

Hi I am using the advanced layer slider I have done an animation, and in preview it works. When I go to the homepage the slider doesnt animate and the elements are allready there if that makes sense.
