Yes, it’s similar, but I need to make the left column with the product image sticky and the right column (with all the product’s content) scrollable.
It’s not a problem as “sticky” feature can be set for the wrap, no matter which one.
Thanks – could you please clarify the difference between Muffin Builder 3 and Muffin Live Builder?

Many thanks… small follow up question. How do I change the font of the title in the sliding box?
Right now, it could be done by changing Small Headings in Betheme > Theme Options > Fonts > Family section. However, in the new version of builder we are planning to release in a couple of weeks, this is gonna be possible to be done directly from the builder separately for each element.

I have a problem registering the code of my betheme template in wordpress. The following error appears: “Registration limit exceeded.”
I don’t have the active code on another website.
When trying to access this link: https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/, when entering the code and username, this error appears: “The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code”.
I need to use my purchased code for a project.

Can you tell me why when I post my website url into a Facebook post none of my pictures are pulled into facebook? use WP Facebook Open Graph protocol because This plugin has been closed as of September 6, 2019 and is not available for download. Reason: Licensing/Trademark Violation.
I have already tried changing the format of the images. Through Rankmath Plugin, I manually added the open graph image. I added the Open Graph image from the SEO option of muffin builder. I remove all cache options and clear the cache, and remove all security and firewall options. I already talk to the server support but everything is ok with the hosting. I also install a plugin to force the generation of (Facebook) Open Graph Tags, but nothing works.
The other sites that I have built with Elementor (hello theme) do not have this problem. It’s only happening to me with this website, where I have the BE theme installed.
Developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ shows the same error every time: “The “og:image” property of the provided URL … could not be processed as an image because it has an invalid content type.”

I installed a pre-built theme. When trying to customize it, I replaced the logo, and under site identity it shows the new logo. But the logo in the header bar doesnt update, it still shows the logo that came with the pre-built site. How do I change the branding on the site?

Hi, firstly I can not sign in your own support site just because we forgot the password and do not know which of our e-mail is registered to the site before. My problem is simple, when we enter the main page, some columns seems corrupted until we zoom out and zoom in again in the browser, even we have increase our PHP values at recommended levels. as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means that you did never bought any license of Betheme. If your client did, ask him to create an account on support forum so you can post there instead.

I just wanted to report this bug to you.
We understand but there is no such problem on our side as we checked it. And, because we don’t know what version you use and if files are not modified, we have no idea where this issue may come from on your end.
After an update of the theme the logo stretched out on mobile devices. There is no option to change the height and width or the logo automatically doesn’t change. What can I do? www.lease-solutions.nl

you should definitely make a backup first as you never knows what may go wrong. From technical side, all should be fine if you did not made any changes in theme files. Also, after the update, you should register the license key in Betheme > Dashboard section (available from version 20).

Hi, the upgrade procedure went well, thanks again for the reassurance.
I receive a fatal error using the wpallimport plugin (last step before importing) and I contacted them about this. They told me there is a conflict with the theme (old and new verison as well) and I need to ask you on this isssue. PS: when I change to any other theme, there is no issue.

I’ve done lots of research on this theme and I have just another quick pre-purchase question regarding the “Our Team List” Element.
First, I saw in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=joHvChBWn5U) that I can showcase testimonials on my website using the testimonial slider. The video was great and it was easy to understand.
So before I purchase this theme, please let me know if you have the same feature for “Teams” and for “Services” where I can enter that information just like the testimonial items and have them “dynamically” displayed in my Team page…
If this is not the case, would you be kind enough to direct me to the video or documentation that will showcase this. This is crucial to me since I need to create a team and a services page that will be updated constantly.

we hope to release it in 2-3 weeks. Right now, we are during the tests of BETA v2 but there is still few things that has to be improved. BTW with this update, all “Muffin” stuff will be branded to “Be” as for some customers (especially new ones) it is confusing that things like Muffin Options or Muffin Builder does not belong to us. Therefore, we decided to rebrand it and with new version, it would be BeOptions and BeBuilder
