@qode i know but honestly, the support is very slow and not helpful. i have described the problem to the support very precisely and only received a superficial answer. i bought the template because of the artist demo. in the demo is 100% an error. i am honestly very disappointed and do not understand it.

In the Artist Demo of Bridge, the “My Work Image” always appears when i try to select another image for the background. This image is loaded by an external address. Where is the error?

Is it possible for viewers of your Bridge.list directory to sign up and track favorite listings in their dashboard? We did not see this feature but wonder if it can be incorporated. Also, is it possible to access the listing (vendor) dashboard so we can see how it functions?

We have questions for your Bridge.list directory (not the city directory).
1) When someone searches a category, we noticed you do not have any of the vendors connected to the map, so we cannot see what the map pins look like and how they function (if they are animated etc). This is a very important feature in a directory and we would need to see this before we can consider buying this theme. Can this be arranged?
2) Bridge.list is currently showing food related categories and businesses. Can this directory be used for a wide variety of categories and businesses other than just food-related businesses?
3) Can you be hired to do theme customization? If not can you recommend someone?
4) Can we add subcategories to the directory?
5) Will it be possible for us (without changing code) to make changes to the home page such as changing the font? Would we be able to change the stagnate banner to a slideshow? Would we be able to add more category icons below the search bar, and can we link these icons to the categories so they are live links?
6) On the home page, just underneath the main banner where it says “Less lost, more found, best locations,” does this theme offer this type of flexibility such that we may add/remove/move blocks and assign categories and/or locations to the blocks?
7) The default map is Google Maps. Is it possible to change this to OpenStreetMaps or another map service?
After we are able to see the pins on the map, will it be possible for us to change the look of the pins, animate the pins, and change the colors to correspond to the type of listing? Can this be down without code?

Listing will be shown on the map and if you select a listing type, and connected categories to that particular type, the icons will be shown in the map.

WP job manager is using types, and if you need to use categories you can enable them from WP job manager settings. After that you can assign types to categories https://www.screencast.com/t/3w62NCmml but you can’t search by category since right now it is possible to search by region and by type when you add listing search on a page, but you can list categories if you want to with Qode Listing categories element.

You can have listing subcategories.

You can for sure change font, as well as the slider/banner can be changed. You will also be able to add more icons, these are set as images and text beneath them.

This is a listing category list which you can edit, add more categories or choose to display a specific listing type.

We use Google Maps and we do have an option to connect to the Google Map API, we have not tested the theme with OpenStreetMaps or any other map service so we cannot guaranty theme compatibility.

You can change the icons, however the animation cannot be changed, unless you edit the theme files.

You can remove the reviews section for sure, these are comments which can be removed.

You can not control the speed for the carousel unless you edit the theme files, since we do not have an option within our theme settings. You can change the button colors though.

This is an already predefined template which will be shown once you enter specific information for each listing.

When it comes to the shop, we do use WooCommerce for this purpose and you can for sure set your products to be digital products.

Updates are released regular, and every time it is released you get a notification and then you can update the theme according to our tutorial here. If you are modifying the template, we advice you to use Child theme so your modifications will not be overwritten by the theme update.

I have updated the theme and now it always says “Your copy of the theme has not been activated.”
But when I check the Dashboard it says “You have successfully registered your copy of the theme!”
I even deregistered and registered the theme again.

Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you’ve updated Bridge Core plugin.
It’s important that you also update all of the bundled plugins when the theme is updated. Hello, Can I use your theme on two different sites ? In the past I was able to do that with your theme. Now, It looks like this is not possible anymore because when I deregister the theme on the site 1 in order to register the theme on the site 2, It breaks the site 1 ! Is it how it works now ? Thanks

With the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain. You can take a look at Envato’s license policy on this link. ok, I’ll have to email, your Support form precludes ALL support requests, including ones which should extend inperpetuity, such as ‘how to get the original license to work’. Entering a license with expired Support prevents the form from submitting.
