Hello, I have the following problem: I sorted the product category taxonomy. These should be displayed in this order in the shop sidebar. Sorting by product category is selected in the widget. But the order is messed up. What can you do? A plugin for sorting was also tested.

I’m trying to update the text in the global page title bar for the back pages. I am using Avada Accountant. I see where to update the layout for the global page title bar, but I’m not sure where to go to update the text for the individual pages in the title bar. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I purchase and registered with my main domain. My site has a user section where I have sub domain. so Avada is on the main domain then if user click login they go to sub domain. The problem is that it require me to have purchase code for the sub domain. Is there a way that I don’t have to purchase a second copy of this theme just the use Avada?

That doesn’t sound normal. While sliders will add some loading time as you’re loading a module with its own set of resources, it shouldn’t be slowing down the admin area by that much.

That top bar is coming from the custom header layout, and inside the layout we are using a menu element where the top bar menu is assigned having those menu items => https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8ukgKRZ

Hey Guys! Just a heads up that the import events pages for university and craft beer gives a “failed to retrieve api” error (because they are expired?) and the church one loads the events calendar info page and not the events.

How exactly are you importing them? are you using our prebuilt site importer and only importing the specific event post type? can you please provide some more information on this?

Yes, using the prebuilt importer and only importing that specific page. These are the steps I did: Add new page – Avada Studio – Websites – Avada University – The Events Calendar Page – Import – “Failed to retrieve data from API” This is what it does on university and craft beer. On church it loads the events calendar info page from the site. I am not needing them at the moment and had just been testing with it and noticed. Maybe it’s just my end but wanted to inform you just in case it is for everyone.

Are we able to mix and match some of the elements/modules that in prebuilt templates with another prebuilt template? Any flexibility in that or are we stuck with how the prebuilt template works, and cannot add certain elements from a different prebuilt template? Thanks

Avada has not released the updated and the current version stays at 7.0.7.
Why does Team Avada take so long in releasing the updates?

It would be difficult to advise on this without access to the site. If you are using a legacy header, you can change this by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Options → Header ⇒ Header background image. If you are using a Custom header then this will be changed by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Layouts. You need to edit the relevant header and change the background image of the header container

1- Yes, you can add the cart icon / link freely in the menu and remove the top bar message.
2- Yes. All of the WooCommerce specific features can be added to any Avada site, regardless of what demo/pre-built site you import or use. Some pages/product pages might rely on custom layouts on specific pre-built sites so you might need to use our Theme Builder to get the exact same results.

Hi there. I have purchased avada theme 1st licence back in 2014. Why dont I have suport for that licence since you isued suport payment in 2016?
