I try to do that, but it takes you upwards of 38hrs to reply on your Support page, which is not acceptable. You’re providing Themes for websites that are visible to the public. When issues occur you need to be quicker with your replies.

If you bought it from Envato, you can access to latest version from the Downloads page, but I think you’ve got refunded your item and now you should buy it again because you do not have a “Purchased” badge after your name.

What are the server requirements for that plug-in to run correctly? Turning it off allows the site to work fine except for the functionality of the theme.

You have used that same excuse multiple times. You must not have enough staff. This really isn’t good enough. Also you replied and only half answered the question. So now I have replied to the ticket again, asking the same question again which has wasted more days. You can’t be this unreliable when you’re providing support for paying clients.

Each Stylekit has its own selector and if you add custom css there it will assigned to this element only.

It seems with the latest version of the plugins Codez Plus and Rev Slider conflict and causes a 500 error when activated. Is there a fix for this?

I did do that and I have downloaded the latest version of the theme and plugins. When I activate Rev Slider it goes to a 500 error. I am using the latest version of wordpress as well. System status for the theme says good though.

All the other demos are working with Elementor except the church demo and it’s the church demo I need as I want to build a website for my church.

We’ve checked the church demo and imported it on our test localhost and I can confirm that there is no issue and the church demo was successfully imported on our side.
Error 500 is related to your localhost, please check your localhost settings and configuration also you can check your localhost minimum requirements on our “system status” check on the Xtra dashboard.

Hello I posted a support ticket 20hours ago but no response yet. Is someone able to check that for me? Here are the details: The Page building editor allows you to apply styles to a Portrait iPad view,
but not a Landscape iPad view.
The Landscape view on iPad seems to take on the styles set in the “desktop” editing options in the Page Builder, but this is not suitable as the content becomes ‘broken’ often on the iPad in Landscape view because of that.
Example, on the About page (assuming you are using the ELDERLY theme as the basis); the “47+ years experience” box that sits on top of the first main image (top right of page) overlaps onto text on iPad in Landscape view.
Also another bug I have found is that the “47+ years…” box keeps adding extra height / empty space inside itself at the bottom, I keep removing any additional line breaks but they keep coming back even if I don’t edit it. Can you please check that?

Negative comments are nothing but “bullying” by competition. This is one and only theme you’ll ever need. I’m not someone famous or anyone important guys, but please give this theme a go and do not believe negative comments. Some people are damn straight vicious.

In your Creative Business Theme, is it possible to change the color of the little green dots or whatever you prefer to call them that fly across the screen?
Wanted to ask before I apply a license to it and then not get it to do what I want.
Also, is there a repository anywhere, or a page in each demo that has all of your page layout features from all themes that can be copied and used in any page, rather than take them from one theme and try to use in another?
If not, this would be a rather extremely helpful suggestion for the future releases on all themes.

- 3 dots shape color: this is the shape of “Title and Text” element so you can find it in this element under the “Shape” tab and change the color from the styling stylekit.
There is no reference page for all pages layouts once, you can check your wanted demos and then import the specific page you want only into your website and use it.

I have to say I’m new to your themes, and I’m a bit lost where to find some of what you just mentioned to change the color of the dots scrolling across the page on the Creative Business Theme. I want to go from Green to another color to check it out.
In the help section I saw some of the items you mentioned using WP Bakery, but I have the Elementor version in use, not sure if that makes a difference.
I tried downloading WP Bakery, but then it only wanted to let me add a new section, so I’m assuming since I am not using that version as the original page builder, maybe I cannot see the one you are referencing?
Just need some more basic pointers to get me to the right place. Seems like what I want to change should be in Slider Revolution. Feel kind of foolish because I can usually figure these things out, but I’ll keep checking until I hear back, Thank you for the help.
Ok, found the original video, guess I can’t change anything here, I’ll have to look for something close elsewhere. I probably didn’t give you enough info for you to realize what I was trying to change, and I was blanking that it was an actual video.
