We’ve found this issue and fixed it on v4.4.9, you should restore your child theme from your backup and use version 4.4.9.

We have fixed this issue on 4.4.9 so please get back up from your child theme and then update to 4.4.9 and after updating restore your child theme and after 4.4.9 it will be updatable.

Our demos are based on our developed widgets for Elementor and as you know Elementor is a Free plugin and you do not need to buy Elementor Pro for using our theme.

Our purchase code is only for our theme and not for WPBakery, we have permission to include WPBakery on our theme but if you want premium features of it you should buy license from WPBakery author.

For now you can edit codevz-plus.php file from plugins and find following line and remove them.

i downloaded package again deleted codevz-plus uploaded plugin again and activated it

Please install the plugin from our online repository not from your downloaded package, after deleting the plugin go to Dashboard > Xtra > Install Plugin and install the Codevz Plus again.

For other people – from report to temporary fix was couple of hours, from report to actually fixing plugin was 1 day. If this is not great support, I don’t know what is! Codevz is among few of the best there is.

1. You can import any page from our demos, please read this: https://xtratheme.com/docs/how-to/how-to-import-a-specific-page-from-any-demos/2. You can add 2 Menu elements on customizer > Header > Header and set their Type as you want (Simple, Icon, Full Screen and etc..)

What are the server requirements for that plug-in to run correctly? Turning it off allows the site to work fine except for the functionality of the theme.

You have used that same excuse multiple times. You must not have enough staff. This really isn’t good enough. Also you replied and only half answered the question. Each Stylekit has its own selector and if you add custom css there it will assigned to this element only.
