Hello, I have problem with vertical menu. I followed the instructions: https://rehubdocs.wpsoul.com/docs/rehub-theme/basic-settings/mega-menus/, but I didn’t succeed. The items in level 3 do not line up (I have about 7 of them), but they continue away from the screen, is it possible to adjust it somehow? Thank you
Vertical mega menu must have maximum 3 sub items. If you want to have other, use custom mega menu. It’s described in video

Hello, my home page menu’s formatting is slightly off-centre from all my other pages. May I know how to fix this? I have reset my whole wordpress site and reinstalled the redokan demo theme, but this error still persists.

For example, the home page menu is different from product page menus. Seems like an error with elementor? Because these 2 pages which are editable with Elementor have the same off-centre issue compared to the product pages.

I have a price comparison site and I use your plugin ImportWP PRO 2.1.1 to upload my products.
I use the attachment field in order to add the featured image to the product page.
However when I update my product catalogue by running an uplaoder again it will reupload all images that where previously uploaded to my media. This will duplicate all images and will double the storage in use on my site.
Is there a possibility that the uploader processes images in one of the following ways:
1. That the importer uses the current picture in place and only updates the old picture if the old picture has changed
2. The product post uses a featured image from an image URL instead of downloading it and adding it to the sites wordpress database
How do you update your product catalogue?
As I said I use ImportWP PRO to upload the entire catalogue

It’s working accordingly to your settings and as expected. You set to update all fields, so, all fields are updated including images
How do I exclude the images from being updated? What field identifier should I use so the image field is not updated?
It’s described in video how to update only prices. You don’t need to exclude, you need to include what you want to update

Unexplained changes on site
I am seeing some abnormality on my website, I don’t know when it started, but I have restored it to 4 days, yet it’s still there.
1. I use an inline popup maker to make a form appear at the end of every post. It still appears ok, BUT then, it also appears at the top/beginning of posts, even when there is no setting for it to appear there.
2. ANother form which was made with this same popup maker to appear towards the end of every post, has also disappeared. This form was set to appear about 6-0 paragraphs to the end with some dynamic setting in Theme Editor, not from the popup settings because the popup doesn’t have such settings.
3. A custom widget that appears after 6 paragraphs from the top of every post has also disappeared. It was also coded from the Theme editor.
I am aware that as at my last blog post (28-02-2022) everything was showing. But I can’t tell when the changes occurred.
Is there a possibility that it theme is related after the update, or something?

Nothing bad here. You use widget with most popular posts, but you have a lot of posts, so such request is heavy. You can use any cache plugin, this will make it cached

You can ask author of plugin how to enable this for logged users
I know how to enable it, but it’s caching on a page level. Our users usually only visit a page once. So caching it on a per-user level does not work, too
You can use other widgets. Currently I can’t see how I can help. Rehub theme uses regular WP query class of Wordpress

wp transient is good way to cache widgets, but you are using dynamic widgets which is based on views, so, you simply make your dynamic widget as static so users don’t see actual information
