There is a bug with links if “Elementor Header and Footer Builder” plugin is active. We can fix it by uncheck “Smooth page transition”. Regards

Hi there,
I had paid support and messaged you about an issue regarding my menu. It has not been resolved and the theme doesn’t display correctly. I have the latest theme and checked all plugin conflicts as advised but it still remains.
My drop-down menu “Products” is dropping down too far to the right on P.C. and laptop. It was in the correct position but since moving it to my live domain all the items on it were shifted to the right, so the menu is not fully readable on some screens.
Also since updating the main theme all my Posts show the featured image at the top- how do stop them showing across the site?
Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You can set first and second main color in Wilmer Options > General as shown in screenshot. Please note that some of the elements like header, footer, fonts, individual shortcodes, etc. do have their own separate color settings which can also be adjusted through options.

Hello, im happy with this theme a lot but im trying to import demo data and isee this message : Please note that your server resources are not configured properly so you might run into an issue during the demo import process. Please adjust your server configuration values., i installed memory change and set it to 1024 but still wait to import, what shall i do please ? and what php version it support ?

I’m having issues finding where to change the colour or settings of a few things that are not in the Wimer options:
1) On the animations that sit over some of the images there is a blue colour I can’t figure out how to change. Here’s an example of what I mean http://joxi.net/J2be7d4H0QzvOm. How can I change these colours?
2) I notice there is still the default blue colour in some places. Is there a way to change the blue colour globally?
3) I installed Gravity Forms and it seems this theme isn’t setup to handle that plugin from a style standpoint. I managed to get my forms to look better using CSS, but I still haven’t been able to change the colour for the Name and Email here http://joxi.ru/krDpNaqIKNe3nr. I’ve tried everything but I haven’t been able to target that text.
Any help with these issues would be appreciated.

There are a lot of plugins available and it is not possible to test our theme with all of them. We haven’t tested such plugins with the theme and we cannot guarantee it’s 100% functionality. You can also use some browser extensions for taking screenshots of full pages.

You really should have designed this using the Elementor Pro settings, instead of your own. It limits many of use from using Elementor Pro features like popups and templates, and the built in elementor form builder. This is a terrible decision on your behalf. Please make a version where we can use elementor Pro instead…

To remove search widget from header please navigate to Appearance > Widgets and remove Wilmer Search Opener widget from Header Widget area (please see screenshot).
Contact forms are added using the Contact Form 7 plugin and you can find more information on how to edit these forms in this link.
In case you have multiple themes it is necessary to submit a request for the new theme for it to be listed in supported items. To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article – How To Submit A Ticket. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

QUICK CONTACT INFO isn’t a contact form it is a button on the right in the header. When I go to widgets there is a whole bunch of errors in red from your theme such as: The “mkdf_separator_widget” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.
When I open your widgets the loader just spins and spins. Everything in Wordpress is working but that and it is on a good GoDaddy hosting plan. I need to get this done!
