We have updated to the current version of Wordpress. However, whenever we try to update the Avada Theme, our website is breaking. We had no choice but to stay with our current Avada Version which is Version: 5.9.1. Furthermore, whenever we try to edit our lay out and design using fusion builder, the Elements tab are not working. We’ve tried clicking on them but nothing is happening, hence we are stuck and not able to update with regards to customization.

Hi,

My licence support has ended, but I need access to older version of the theme. I’m currently using 7.0.2 (with child theme) and when I try to update to the latest version 7.6.1 the are many stuff that are broken in the front end, so I want to gradually update to the latest version by first updating each magor update of the theme between the two versions.

My question is do I need to buy new support licence to be able to get access to those versions?

There should be no need for you to purchase an additional license at all in order to update and an update from 7.0.2 to 7.6.1 should work without any version in between, can you please make sure that no customisation in terms of theme files have been done?

Also, please try completely removing Avada 7.0.2 and then installing fresh copy of 7.6.2 and see if that helps.

In this case, you can copy updated files from the latest theme version and then make your old modifications to them in the child theme. Hi, I have a question. I have a website on the theme of Avada. I would like to update the theme. I bought the licenses again. However, I would like to do an update to a demo first. My demo is under a different domain. My question is, can I use the license code twice? First for a demo, and then for the proper domain?

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3tRyDfr

I have two licenses of Avada, both with valid support but when I try to create a support ticket it tells me (incorrectly) that my support has expired and that I should extend it. I did just this and get the same error.

Hello, they praise the Avada theme very much, they say it is very high quality, but it is not worth 5 money. It is very difficult to change the logo and I still could not get results.

no need anymore. I found the part to make the change. But don’t confuse people by putting the logo change in the option section.

I am not sure which exact area you mean by option but there are only two locations from which the logo can be changed (layout or Avada Options). This is done to allow users to build a customized header or a standard layout and we do have documentations explaining about this

I am trying to make changes to my site for the first time in a year or so. I can’t make any changes because its saying my theme is unregistered. I registered it when I bought it because the registration key I provided said it was already used. I need some help with this.

For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/

Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account are to see/add purchase codes.

I am afraid that is not an option by default in our theme, what you can try and do in this case is use a 3rd party plugin that offers something similar, we have not officially tested any specific plugin so can not recommend anything right now.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hi! There is a problem with youtube element on mobile. I need to click on play for two times to start playing… I want to play it only with one click, like on desktop. Hi I’m building a website for a client who bought one Avada license. However, all bigger upgrades to a website I always first try it locally on my PC. I noticed however I can not use your theme locally without also registering it there. How can I overcome this??

My website deleted from the server I used to before I deregister. I can’t register in another hosting because it was not deregistered.

I tried to register ThemeFusion support. I didn’t receive confirmation mail. I can’t sign up again because I already registered.

You don’t respond to my emails.

I have now reset the code for you myself and you should be able to register your site using the Purchase Code again now.

Hi, The site works perfect on everywhere but only with firefox, the background video is black and not playing, is it normal?

The video should work well in FF too. Please check the direct link of the video (as shown in the media library) in the FF browser. This can let you know if the video has any encoding issues. If you do not see the direct link play then you need to check the source video

Thank you Shaminder! the link works when I direct imputed to web browser. I think I import the movie in background under image section rather in the movie section, which for some reason it works everywhere expect FF.
