I am trying to change the language of the site to Turkish. I also add the language files I downloaded to the themes and plugins. However, the read more text in the portfolio blocks under the slider on the main page is not in Turkish. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? Can you help?

To begin with, these files should not be in the actual theme or plugin folder but in in the language/theme or language/plugin folder, Screenshot here
Also, you need to check if the translation of a particular string is added or not as not all strings maybe translated. You can read more on this in our documentation here

The files are already in the theme folder. In addition, there are translation files in the plugins and the translation of the read more text has been entered. What I want to do is exactly this; Translating all read more articles (front end) into Turkish. But no matter what I did, I was unsuccessful.

So, I think that this theme has a lot of great features and looks great. However, the fine print is unfortunately the theme really struggles with optimization. My PageSpeed insights score are so low, below 10. This greatly damages overall SEO efforts on the website and my support unfortunately expired. Aside from this though, the theme is great, just very slow. You should definitely be getting a much much higher pageSpeed score with Avada. What you’re getting is not normal.
Also, we offer a ton of performance options to serve your site optimally, however, the theme itself is just a fraction of what is responsible for overall site speed – there are other important factors that can impact a site’s performance – e.g. the number of active plugins, type and configuration of your cache plugin, server sided performance settings, amount and size of content on the page etc. While we can make recommendations on improving performance, we cannot fix non-theme related issues with performance.

Hi, What will be better way to install dummy content, Should I install dummy content before child theme activation or after child theme activation? I do not want any future theme updates issue or woudnt want to lost website data which would cause after updating theme updates. so just confirming before installing demo. plz let me know. Thanks.

The prebuilt site does not have anything to do with the child theme activation, you should be able to do it when you want, however it is better to activate child theme beforehand and then do all your content customisation / editing etc.

I own two licenses with grandfathered support. At present, I am planning to redesign my website with new content, using one of the pre-built website theme settings. I also like one of the older pre-built designs and find it suitable for a few pages on my website. My question is, is it okay to activate one license on www.website.com and www.website.com/sub-section where the subsection has a different theme activated? Or will I need to purchase and activate a separate license for that? I am technically running a single website with one end-user, I just want different theme settings for the sub-section. If there is a method to implement this without license violation, please let me know.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hi, V7.6.1 avada resistered. wp 5.9.2 latest version. prebuilt site design bakery font problem. no problem in chrome, firefox browser(2 iMac and 1 windows pc). but in 2 safari browser, it looks ugly font(Mac os 11.02 and 12 each). The same problem occurs in the site provided by themefusion other than where I installed it. Except in safari, it appears as source serif pro font.(family setting)

The registration system has a serious bug introduced in a recent update! I have licensed Avada multiple times over the years for different sites. Now the system is telling me due to an update I need to enter the purchase code YET again. HOWEVER, how do I know which purchase code to use since I licensed the software multiple times? In order to get help with this problem… the support system wants me to pay for extended support but it’s the theme update that broke the registration! This is silly. Can you please fix this extremely frustrating situation and answer the question of how do customers who license your theme more than once know which code to use for which site?

The registration system is working fine but if you update from a slightly older version, we’ve moved to a purchase code based registration for a more streamlined registration process. You can follow below steps to find out which purchase code is being used on what site and manage your licenses easily – without renewing support.
For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account are to see/add purchase codes.
There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. I threw the language files both in the language folder in the theme folder and in the language folder in the language folder in the wp-content, I threw it everywhere. I translate from scratch with loco translate, still nothing makes a difference. I don’t understand, it also translates with automatic updating, and when I delete the po and mo files, nothing changes. Basically, we do provide translation files but they are never 100% translated always for every other language, we have a pool where customers submit there translated files however for some strings you will have to do it yourself.

I am working on implementing woo commerce on my website, and I have an issue with Woo layout Elements, specifically woo notices, woo rating and woo related products. Unfortunately this is the first time I ran into a problem that needs a support ticket and it seems my support expired 1 month ago so I seem to need your help in this I hope you can help me as I haven’t had to use the support in the past 6 months that it was active and it seems a bit to much to renew it for just 1 support ticket. Please find a description of my issues below:
1. The Woo Notices Element is still showing neutral, confirmation and decline messages in english even though I have 100% translation on my woo commerce plugin and I cannot find any information on how to change it in the documentation and/or Youtube channel.
2. The Woo Rating Element still shows link when no translation has been submitted yet (linktext=Be the first to leave a review.) in English language with no luck on information on how to change it, the rest of this plugin shows up in translated language and after first submitted review everything shows up correctly translated etc. I cannot find any info on this matter within the official documentation and the Youtube channel. For example Woo Tabs information is showing everything correctly translated.
3. The Woo Related Products Element is not showing any products for me, while I have cross selling and Upselling products listed for each product on my website.
I’ve spend many hours digging through the Avada Documentation and watching the Avada Channel youtube videos on all the elements, their implementation and also Woocommerce implementation, but I haven’t gotten any further than that the displayed messages are directly tied to the Woo commerce plugin, which I went through the translation files and everything is set to 100% translated and confirmed by Woo commerce plugin as well. As for the Woo Related Products I have no clue either why it’s not showing any products as well.
Update: 1. Confirmed working, other issues still persist.
