We are having trouble logging on to get support that we just purchased. We are having trouble with the them taking up to 17 seconds to download. It seems there is some kind of coding error that is using large file loads from the database Auto load. Please help.

Hello and thank you. Unfortunately, though, without seeing what layout and what kind of images you are using it is difficult to understand. We have tried to replicate the problem but failed: it seems that instead of numbers the widths and heights of the images are being recorded in the database with text strings. At least that’s what the Fatal Error says, but it’s hard to know what’s causing the problem really without looking deeply into the code.

Hi – Love your theme. I’ve purchased a few licenses over the years. Although I’m having a bit of trouble with another installation I’m working on where the sticky menu isn’t not functioning as intended – e.g. not being sticky on desktop, and on mobile animation capability like auto-hide isn’t working. I’ve reset my database and theme entirely to fix the problem with a a fresh install but hasn’t seem to helped. Wondering what I could be doing wrong! Thanks in advance.

Hello, there seems to be a bug in the theme. You can verify by going to https://www.kaerntner-fischerei.at/ – at first visit, there is a dark line between the top menu and the image. As soon as you reload, everything looks good and the line is gone. This was introduced a couple of updates ago and since I didn’t change the theme and the line simply disappears by refreshing, I’d assume it’s a strange bug?

Hmmm… I didn’t think about the plugins since the issue seemed so rooted in the menu/theme to me. But I’ll be sure to try disabling plugins some time after the weekend. Thank you for the hint and forwarding the issue!
I also just checked the site with Firefox (since you seem to use Safari?) – the line is not showing there either. So it seems to be a Chromium issue.

Hi, is it at all possible to have 6/12 width thumbnails for portfolio post blocks in both medium (table) and large (desktop) views? At the moment I can only get 6/12 for medium view if I set the block width settings to 4/12, but ideally I would like 6/12 for both then only jump to 12/12 for small (mobile) view. Thanks!

We had hired a designer that used this theme but we are having menu/submenu issues when you are clicking on project info menu next to home from the desktop view the menu expands out and breaks. Can you please look at the desktop view for https://cosmi.llc/ and try to click on project info in the menu. Please let us know what is going on but, its under the designers project username. Is it a server or template issue?

How can I disable the auto-hiding of “add to cart” button? I want to make it visible all the time like the original Wordpress. Show on hover is fine on PC but really awkward on mobile since they can’t really hover without a mouse.

When using the Single Media to play a self hosted mp4 video, there is no volume adjuster on the control bar when viewed on a phone. It’s there on a desktop browser. We are using the most recent version of the theme but see others from a while ago having the same issue…
Hello, mobile phones in general (I don’t know what model and OS you’re talking about) control the volume of videos through the main controls of the phone, not through the player. I don’t know of any players that work differently, but if you have cases to show me you can report them. Best

No, your “single media” widget does not display a volume control on android phones. So when the video starts in a muted state there is no way to unmute it. My code allows me to unmute it. After which I can then uses the phones volume buttons to adjust. The problem is that your widget doesn’t have the volume button on the control bar when viewed on an android phone. It is there when displayed on a desktop browser.

Hi team. Is there any way I can keep the heading text size as it is? When place inside a row layout (1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3 for example), big heading texts are auto resized to fit into the cell and become really small. Thank you!
