I have loved Enfold for years, but I am getting increasingly frustrated! I can’t use the Enfold Advanced Layout Editor for WooCommerce products because I can’t use my necessary PRODUCT plugins. BUT, when I use the standard editor I can’t turn off the sidebar area or manage the layout. I don’t see layout settings in Enfold for products. Does Kriesi have any info on editing the WC templates?
Additionally, is there a problem with the CSS editor in the child theme? Mine seems to work when it feels like it, even though I can make the same adjustments in my browser’s tools and they work.
I’ve purchased several copies of the software and recommended them to clients, but now Kriesi won’t let me EVEN POST TO THE SUPPORT FORUM.

1- You can go to Plugin Additions tab of Advanced Layout Builder to add product related elements to your single product page – https://imgur.com/a/4XJbkRn
2- You may have CSS error in your custom CSS. You can use this website – http://csslint.net/ to check if that is the case. Please make sure to clear cache after making changes as well.
3- We are sorry about that but this is Envato/ThemeForest’s rule. When you purchase a license, you get lifetime updates and 6 months of support. After support expires, renewing it is optional however due to our agreement with Envato, we are not allowed to let users who do not have valid support period to post on our support forums.

Hi Kriesi,
After updating the theme to the latest version my page title disappeared (within Special header in Content section using Enfold’s built-in editor). Content section has a background image set. The title, an H1, is present when I view the HTML source but the image ‘overlays’ the Special Header.

We are using WooCommerce plugin on our shop demos which does not offer user role based discounts out of the box. You would need a 3rd party plugin for that, such as – https://www.flycart.org/products/wordpress/woocommerce-discount-rules.

It is used to scroll to the next section on Color Section and Fullscreen Slider elements. You could edit the elements and uncheck it to disable it – https://imgur.com/a/V2aO2qy

Private content field area would show when you click the link you receive in your inbox. I tried emailing you but it was not delivered so I edited your password once again and set it to your email. Please login using your email as password and then change it in your profile

Hi, I have a client website with Enfold version 4.5.7 (still the envato token version). I just purchased a license and wanted to check the token to update to the newest version. Hi – a client of ours brought a website to us using this theme. However, the footer no longer respects the widgets selected in the WordPress widgets section and is instead showing “Interesting links”, “Pages” and “Categories”. Is there a way of fixing this?

Please make sure to insert your widgets into Footer widget areas. “interesting links”, “Pages” and “Categories” are default widgets and are displayed when Footer widget area is empty.

Yes, it would but to be on the safe side, please have a backup and then update the theme to the latest version. I updated many older versions (3.x) and have not had any issues
