Your details of this theme says it is Not “Gutenberg Optimized”.
Is this theme Gutenberg editor Optimized or not?
If it is, you need to change your theme details. Your theme details has been showing this theme is Not Gutenberg Optimized for long time now.
Andon would never allow this error to be ignored like it has been.

Actually, our theme is compatible with the Elementor editor and it’s optimized with it. You can check here https://themeforest.net/item/udesign-responsive-wordpress-theme/253220 we didn’t said that the “Gutenberg” is compatible with our theme.
Something is wrong here.
Before, one of you support persons said the UDesign theme is compatible to the Gutenberg editor and here you say it is Not.
Andon himself guaranteed the UDesign theme will be compatible with the Gutenberg editor ( see: https://themeforest.net/comments/19264494 – and – https://themeforest.net/comments/20919898 ).
Think about it. Gutenberg is part of the WordPress framework, there is no avoiding it, yet you want to claim that the UDesign theme is Not compatible with it?
I myself have brought up this concern over a month ago and someone from support said they will change the Details of the theme, but Never Did (see: https://themeforest.net/comments/27965809 )
This inconsistency from this support is seriously disconcerting. It is showing a very bad trend here. Andon never allowed such inconsistencies and confusion as I am experiencing with you (support).
I suggest you get your act together and contact Andon to straighten you out and get the reputation of Andon back.
Then keep your promise made over a month ago to change the Theme Details. The theme details on the Theme main page says “Gutenberg Optimized – No”. This should be “Yes”
Note: what you do & say here in this comment area reflects on the integrity & reliability of support and affects the Andon’s reputation. That is why I focused on what the Theme Details show and how you (support) are handling problems.

First of all, I am very sorry for all the inconvenience you are facing right now.
As you explained you were using a child theme with customizations which are not working now because of the theme updates. So the thing is this is a major theme update with so many changes and updations in these functions.
Once you update the theme it overrides all old theme files and new files are implemented. So if you want to intact your old customizations you have to add them again in your new theme files to make it work like it was before and for this purpose ask your developer to do it for you.
And regarding wpbakery working with the latest theme version, there is some issue and I am very sorry for that I know it mentioned in our official site that wpbakery is supported but in recent update, we removed wpbakery from our supported plugins list and we missed those tags on themeforest and we will remove those soon. So I apologize for this confusion.
Now if you manually use wpbakery then it is not going to change anything because theme pages will not customize with wpbakery anymore.
So now if you want to use wpbakery then ask your hosting provider to restore your old backup and after that do not update the theme.
Or if you want to update then simply create your site from scratch with elementor plugin.

Yes, If you hide them it will affect SEO. Because it is an SEO-required thing once you disable them it will definitely affect your SEO score.

That issue occurs when you used the same email for other themes support account as well on the same support forum, so please try to create the new support account with any other email and if still you will face the same issue then please share your theme purchase code PDF file with me via email udesignaizaz@gmail.com so that I’ll check/veriy and help you out.

Elementor will not load for the user if their WordPress user role is “Editor”.
I had to change the user role to “Administrator” to enable Elementor to load.

Activated 2022 theme and was able to load Elementor when logged in as an Editor.
When I reverted back to UDesign theme, Elementor would not load when logged in as an Editor.
Sorry but I’m not allowed to give you access to the site (I’m a developer, not the site owner).
The site owner is happy to have access as an Administrator.
Maybe you can test & fix this bug on one of your own development environments?

Hi, i have successfully installed the new version4.0. I am trying on the Header. I have imported the Udesign Header and made some changes on colors. However, i have trouble to keep the colors/setting/layout to be fixed. Even though it is SAVEd, but the outcome is not looks like what i had set. Sometimes i see the homepage is working right, but when i swtich to other pages, is showing different colors setting. I have tried for a full weeks working just on the headers and trying to get it fixed. The pages just dont appear to look same as what i SAVEd. Is weird. i really have no clue anymore what is wrong and need seeking yr advise here. Please help.

Hi, Is there any issue running this on localhost? I have clean install of wamp, php7.4.26, site was fine until error started to appear, support unable to look at problem (apart from screengrab, cpy+pst) it as its localhost, so i exported it to domain and error went on the live site, other sites on local host (not udesign) are fine so I dont think its an issue with my wamp,
will there be a support forum ?

I already have, the issue is that the problem is only appearing on localhost so they are unable to look at it, all other themes working fine. This theme was working perfecting on local host for 2 days until this appeared, no js added, no plugins added, nothing obvious that caused this to appear.
I rather work on localhost , the Error is ” Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in D:\wamp64\www\mysite\wp-content\themes\u-design\framework\theme-functions.php on line 213”, frustrating as I like this theme a lot.

ich muss jetzt alle webseiten komplett neu erstellen und ich frage mich ob es nicht besser ist auf ein anderes thema zu wechseln.
die erklärvideos von 4.0 sind nicht verständlich! werden die erklärvideos noch einmal überarbeitet?

The old version of the theme has weak basis and nowadays the technologies are too updated. The programming languages coding standards were also updated. So if we create a new theme then the old one will no more works in the coming few months based on the technologies updates faster and faster. So all of our customers will lose their sites just because of our old version of the theme. So in this scenario, we update our theme so that it will be compatible with the working and coming technologies on the website. So that our customers will be able to use the theme till they want to. This was the only way we have. I hope you understand.
Hello, I bought this theme and now I want to translate it into German. For this I do not want to install a plugin again like Loco or so. I have already translated some things and already know a little bit. Now my question: what must be the language files? I have now tried it with u-design-de_DE, but this does not work. Do the files have to be called differently or does the theme not go to translate? Thanks a lot

You should upload the Udesign-de_DE.po and .mo files in the wp-content/langauges/themes folder then it will work.
Also, in my suggestion please use the Loco transalte plugin, it is easy and more reliable to updated the theme langauge files in future after the every theme update.
Hello, are you sure that the files must be called like this? Because it does not work like that either. I have renamed them so and still everything remains in English. following I had now tried: de_DE, u-design-de_DE, udesign-de_DE, Udesign-de_DE, and yes, I have them in the right folder. I also had them in the theme itself under /language/ which had also not worked.
